Nanqiao slept until noon that day. There was a peaceful atmosphere at home, but he didn't know that there was a big quarrel in the dormitory.
The reason was that when they got home last night, Zhou Nier kept saying in a sarcastic tone that Nanqiao looked down on them.
On the way back to school
Zhou Nier remained silent, lowering her head. Seeing that she was in a bad mood, Jiang Lingling asked out of concern, based on the relationship between them as roommates.

Seeing this, Jiang Lingling wanted to continue asking, but was pulled back by Wei Li. Wei Li looked at Jiang Lingling and shook her head slightly, signaling her not to ask any more questions.
Jiang Lingling looked at Wei Li, then at Zhou Nier, and sighed imperceptibly.
At first, they took special care of Zhou Nier because of her poor family background, but they didn't know what was wrong with Zhou Nier. Not long after the school started, her behavior became more and more excessive.
At first, they would bring some food home on weekends. When Jiang Lingling and Wei Li gave it to Zhou Nier, Zhou Nier would be embarrassed to thank them. But later, Wei Li found that when she and Jiang Lingling were not in the dormitory, Wei Li would open their cabinets and take food by herself.
Once, Wei Li saw Zhou Nier opening Jiang Lingling's cabinet to take something.

"Well, I'm a little hungry. I was reading at noon and didn't have time to eat, so I wanted to take a look... Don't worry, I will go out on the weekend and buy some snacks for Lingling to make up for it." Zhou Nier explained anxiously.
"Well, tell her when you're done," Wei Li said and started looking for her book.
Before Wei Li could find the book, Zhou Nier slammed Jiang Lingling's cabinet shut after hearing what Wei Li said, and said angrily, "I will definitely tell you. Do you think I can steal some snacks?"
After that, he picked up his cloth bag and left the dormitory, leaving Wei Li with a confused look on her face....
"Lily, what's wrong with Ni'er?" Jiang Lingling opened the door, glanced at Zhou Ni'er who was leaving angrily, and asked Wei Li who was in a daze in the room.
"Who knows what's wrong with her? I just came back and saw her rummaging through your cupboard looking for something to eat. I told her to tell you, but she said she thought she was going to steal something and slammed the door and left."
"Looking through my things?" Jiang Lingling said, looking a little unhappy. Thinking of the things in her own cabinet, Jiang Lingling put down her things and looked at her cabinet.
As soon as I opened it, I saw that most of the snacks I brought back from home yesterday were gone, but the rest of the things were untouched.
Jiang Lingling reluctantly took out the remaining snacks and placed them on the table, sighing.
"I just brought it yesterday..." Jiang Lingling pouted and poked the cakes on the table. Although she was told that she could take them if she wanted to eat, every household was having a hard time right now. Some people were very short of food. Even if she was allowed to eat, she wouldn't eat like this... It turned out that she didn't even want to eat, and she had to rely on her cakes to survive...
"They said they would buy you a replacement this weekend..." Wei Li looked in her own closet and found that a lot of things were missing.
They looked at Jiang Lingling helplessly. They couldn't just let Zhou Nier not bring food to the dormitory, but they couldn't lock the cabinet because of this either.
"What are you buying? It's been a while since school started. Every time I eat, I either eat for free or eat the cheapest food. Why would I spend money to buy pastries for me?"
Jiang Lingling grumbled and threw the cakes back into the cupboard.

This was the first time she discovered this. Afterwards, Zhou Nier seemed to become even more desperate after being exposed. When she saw someone had some food on the table, she would just say something and eat it without caring whether the other person agreed or not.
So since then, Jiang Lingling and Wei Li rarely bring food back to the dormitory. Because of this, the atmosphere in the dormitory is still okay. We can still talk a few words, but it is not as good as before.
Later, Zhou Nier caused Wei Li's dissatisfaction because of Nanqiao
Nanqiao brought them a lot of skin care products and cakes for testing products. Although they were test products, anyone with eyes knew that it was Nanqiao's care for them, and giving them feedback was just a reason for them to accept it comfortably.
But Zhou Nier was different. She took Nanqiao's food and daily necessities, and kept saying that Nanqiao's family was so well-off that she only gave them these little things.
She said this behind her back, and when she turned around and saw Nanqiao fawning on her again, Wei Li really looked down on her.
On the way back to school, Zhou Nier started
