Extra: Li Luo and Ji Feng

The first thing I saw was a brother and sister standing at the kitchen door.

Ji Lan's body was stained with blood. The flesh on his arms was so bloody that the bones were faintly visible. A large piece of flesh on his cheeks and neck was bitten off, and blood was gushing out.

Looking at the tightly closed kitchen door behind her and the roar coming from inside, it was not difficult to imagine who had caused her injuries.

Looking at Li Luo who had arrived, a hint of joy flashed across Ji Lan's gradually whitening eyes.

"Sister Luo... Luo Luo, please help me, please... take Xiao... Feng away."

Hearing Ji Lan calling her "Sister Luoluo," Ji Feng turned around abruptly. Seeing that it was really Li Luo, he quickly ran over and grabbed Li Luo's arm, begging, "Sister Luoluo, please save me! Mommy bit her."

Li Luo ignored Ji Feng's pleas, knocked him unconscious, and said to Ji Lan, "I'll take him out."

"Thank...thank you." A smile appeared on Ji Lan's stiff face.

Li Luo carried Ji Feng on his back, and used his foot to push against the wall to climb out of the yard.

Looking at the zombies staggering towards her, Li Luo ran towards the village entrance with all her strength.

The forest was pitch black at night. Li Luo held a flashlight in one hand and ran as fast as he could, carrying the little boy in the other.

They didn't dare to stop until they had run more than 20 miles out of the village. Li Luo put the man down and leaned against a tree, gasping for breath.

After he recovered, Li Luo realized that something was wrong with Ji Feng.

The person who was clearly unconscious was twitching constantly. When I shone the flashlight over there, I could tell without even touching him that he had a fever. His face was as red as a cooked crab.

He hurriedly took out the antipyretic medicine from his bag and wanted to feed it to the person.

As Ji Feng refused to open his mouth, Li Luo had no choice but to crush the pills and dissolve them in water, pry open Ji Feng's teeth, and force the water down his throat.

Thinking that the sudden fever in this situation might be caused by zombie infection, Li Luo checked the man's whole body and found a scratch on his arm.

He then used alcohol to disinfect the wound, and the rest he had to bear on his own.

In order to prevent Ji Feng from being unable to bear the pressure and turning into a zombie to attack others, Li Luo tied up his hands and feet, and then began to close his eyes and rest.

She was so tired that day and her mind was tense that she fell asleep without realizing it.

When I woke up again, it was already dawn. I looked up and could vaguely see through the treetops that the sky was still blood red.

After rubbing his sore eyes, he looked down and saw Ji Feng crying silently with his eyes open.

After touching his forehead, he found that his fever had subsided and he didn't look like a zombie, so Li Luo untied the ropes that bound him.

Seeing that the other party still didn't move after the rope was untied, Li Luo sighed and gently rubbed Ji Feng's head to silently comfort him.

Sensing the gentle movements above his head, Ji Feng couldn't help but choke out a sob, "Luo...Sister Luo, I don't...I don't have any family anymore."

Li Luo lay down next to him and gently held Ji Feng in her arms to comfort him: "Sister Luo Luo doesn't have any family either. Can we be each other's family from now on?"

Being coaxed gently, Ji Feng could no longer hold back his tears.

The moment the sound came out, Li Luo felt a pain in his head as if being pricked by a needle, and then his nose felt hot.

Li Luo endured the pain in his head and pulled the man out of his arms, quickly covering his mouth.

The pain was relieved, Li Luo reached out and touched his nose, and there was a bright red mark on his fingers.

"Have you ever practiced Lion's Roar? It even made my nose bleed."

Ji Feng's watery eyes flashed with confusion, but when he saw the blood on Li Luo's nose, he panicked and quickly reached out to wipe it off for him.

"I'm fine, just stop crying."

Ji Feng nodded vigorously, indicating that he would stop crying.

After a quick meal, Li Luo took Ji Feng and walked down the mountain.

But the mountain road that used to be safe has become different.

Small animals that normally have no aggressive power have become extremely ferocious and will attack people as soon as they see them.

Li Luo accidentally got bitten on the ankle by a mouse. Looking at the blackened wound, he was worried that there might be a virus. He was about to use alcohol to disinfect it, but in the blink of an eye he found that the wound was gone.

Li Luo touched the wound in disbelief, and it was indeed gone.

Recalling that she had a nosebleed caused by Xiao Feng's crying, and combining her own situation with the novels she had read, she felt that this was the awakening of supernatural powers.

Li Luo was extremely excited when he thought that he had awakened to the healing type and didn't have to worry about being infected by zombies.

He grabbed Ji Feng's scratched arm and was about to try his own ability, but after trying for a long time, the wound was still there.

Why is it useless?

If you can't figure it out, just stop thinking about it. The two of them hurried on their way carefully.

Not long after walking, Li Luo saw a white figure lying in the grass.

He walked forward carefully and turned the person over.

He had silver hair, sickly pale skin, and his white coat was tattered.

I put my hand under the other person's nose and found that he was still breathing and did not have a fever.

It would be difficult to just abandon such a living person, so Li Luo threw the backpack to Ji Feng and carried the person on his back.

It’s not safe in this mountain anyway, so let’s go out first and make plans later.
