Chapter Thirty-Three: Thrilling
Chen Jiao's piercing scream echoed through the mountains and forests. Terrified, she turned and ran, completely disregarding the fact that Pei Xuan was still standing there.
Chen Qing was in the cave when he heard Chen Jiao's scream, and everyone panicked: "What?! There's a bear here!"
The charcoal in Wang Zhong's arms fell to the ground. He stared in disbelief at the black bear chasing Pei Xuan in the distance. "There's...there's a bear! Miss! Quick, get into the cave and hide!"
Chen Qing only heard Chen Jiao's voice and not Pei Xuan's voice, so he quickly ran out of the cave to check.
Chen Jiao ran over breathlessly, but Pei Xuan was still in the forest, circling the tree.
That black bear weighed at least 500 pounds; it was enormous.
Winter is the season when black bears hibernate. Whether it is due to lack of food or being disturbed by humans, they are in great danger now!

Wasn't she just wasting all her effort to save someone who was destined to die?
Fortunately, Chen Qing touched Yinhe's body not far away. He was ice-cold and looked like he was about to die.
Chen Qing patted his cheek, but he didn't move at all.
"Damn it, am I really going to die? Hey, wake up! Weren't you supposed to be so powerful?"
Chen Qing increased the pressure on his hands without any mercy, and finally heard Yinhe groan.
"Qing'er..."
"You're awake?" Chen Qing was pleasantly surprised, but the next second she frowned and spat, "Don't call me Qing'er, it's so cheesy."
Yinhe seemed surprised by her first words and chuckled softly, her voice sounding very weak.
"Then what should I call you?"
"Call me Miss, or my savior, it's up to you. I saved your life!"
Chen Qing finally managed to find a tinderbox, and the flame illuminated the surroundings, allowing him to see clearly.
They are now in a cave, next to a hot spring pool. No wonder the temperature here is so high, it's not cold at all.

Yinhe carefully pulled Chen Qing into his arms, tenderly tucking her disheveled long hair behind her ears.
"Why are you so good to me?"
It's a pity Chen Qing was asleep, otherwise I would have definitely given him a piece of my mind.
When Chen Qing woke up, he didn't know how much time had passed. They couldn't see any light from outside in the cave, so they didn't know the time either.
"You're finally awake."
Yinhe crouched beside Chen Qing, her beautiful eyes gazing at him affectionately, like a puppy.
