Chapter 148 Brewing Medicine

After leaving Li Rong's room, Gu Sang went to the kitchen and began to brew the medicine.

After preparing the medicine, Gu Sang took the bowl and walked out of the wooden house.

Upon entering the wooden hut where Li Rong was, Gu Sang placed the medicine bowl beside Li Rong's bed and said to Li Rong, "Li Rong, after you finish drinking this medicine, your injuries will heal."

"Thank you, Gu Sang," Li Rong said gratefully to Gu Sang. "Don't worry! I will definitely do as you say."

"Okay," Gu Sang replied, and then began to treat Li Rong.

After treating Li Rong for a while, Gu Sang put away the silver needles and said to Li Rong, "All done."

"Thank you, Gu Sang," Li Rong said gratefully to Gu Sang.

Upon hearing this, Gu Sang shook her head, "It's alright, there's no need to thank me, you don't need to thank me."

Upon hearing this, Li Rong looked at Gu Sang with a smile.

"Alright, get a good night's sleep. You can have breakfast tomorrow morning." Gu Sang said, then got up from the bed, turned around and walked towards the door of the wooden house. Her figure then disappeared from Li Rong's sight.

After Gu Sang left the cabin, Li Rong lay on the bed, looking at the wooden planks above her head, thinking about what Gu Sang had said earlier.

Gu Sang said that his injuries were healed and he no longer needed to come to the cabin. He could go back home and no longer have to stay in the cabin every day.

Li Rong knew what Gu Sang meant. He meant that Gu Sang's injuries had healed and he no longer needed to come to the wooden house to recuperate. Therefore, he no longer needed to come to the wooden house every day, and he could go outside to find a place to settle down.

This made Li Rong extremely happy. He felt that he could get rid of this place and leave, which made him feel incredibly excited and happy.

Li Rong felt that as long as she left the wooden house, she would soon be able to help Gu Sang and Daya.

Li Rong was extremely happy and joyful, which brought a bright smile to his face.

"Can I leave this place now?"

Li Rong murmured to herself.

Li Rong was really hoping that this matter could end as soon as possible, because he really hated being in this place and it made him feel very uncomfortable.

Li Rong was deeply moved by Gu Sang's meticulous care.

Now that Li Rong has decided to leave the wooden house, he feels much more relaxed, happier, and in a better mood.

However, Li Rong wouldn't show it, because that's just his personality; he wouldn't let his emotions show.

Li Rong is in a good mood now. He feels that leaving this wooden house is something to be very grateful for, and he is very fortunate.

After Gu Sang finished ladling out the prepared herbal medicine, she took it and left.

After leaving the wooden house, Gu Sang went to brew the medicine. After brewing the medicine, she carried it into the wooden house where Li Rong was.

Gu Sang carried the medicine into Li Rong's wooden house and saw Li Rong lying on the bed, unconscious again.

"Li Rong, wake up!"

"Young Master Li Rong, it's time for you to get up and take your medicine."

Gu Sang called Li Rong's name several times, but Li Rong did not open her eyes.

Gu Sang found it a bit strange, because when Gu Sang diagnosed Li Rong before, she had already checked her over and there was nothing wrong with her!

Gu Sang walked to Li Rong's bedside, then reached out and patted Li Rong, saying, "Young Master Li Rong, what's wrong?"

"Li Rong, wake up!"

Gu Sang called out a few times, but Li Rong remained silent.

Seeing Li Rong like this, Gu Sang knew something was wrong; Li Rong had fainted.

Gu Sang reached out and touched Li Rong's forehead, checking its temperature. She found that Li Rong's forehead was burning hot.

Gu Sang was terrified; she didn't know what to do.

Gu Sang stared blankly at Li Rong, then touched Li Rong's forehead and found that Li Rong's forehead was indeed burning hot. Gu Sang became even more worried and didn't know what to do or what was wrong with Li Rong.

Looking at Li Rong's appearance, Gu Sang felt that Li Rong's brain might have been damaged by the fever or that her head was injured, otherwise why would it be so hot?

After thinking it over, Gu Sang decided that she should take Li Rong to the clinic first. No matter what happened, the doctor had to examine Li Rong properly, otherwise Li Rong would be in real danger.

"Li Rong, Li Rong, wake up quickly, Li Rong, don't scare me, Li Rong, wake up quickly..." Gu Sang said anxiously to Li Rong, but Li Rong still did not respond.

"What should we do? Li Rong's condition is extremely serious; I dare not take her to the doctor, nor do I dare carry her onto the carriage. If the doctor sees Li Rong's condition, it will be terrible. If she infects the doctor, it will be a real problem." Gu Sang thought for a moment and then said to Li Rong.

Hearing Gu Sang say this, Li Rong felt a little strange. However, Li Rong was already in a coma and could not hear what Gu Sang was saying.

After thinking for a moment, Gu Sang decided to pick up Li Rong and carry her to the door of the wooden house, preparing to take her out of the house.

Gu Sang carried Li Rong to the door of the wooden house, and then forcefully lifted Li Rong out of the house. After carrying Li Rong a few steps outside the door, Gu Sang suddenly stopped. He looked down and found that Li Rong was holding a letter in her hand.

Gu Sang reached out and took the letter from Li Rong's hand.

Gu Sang took Li Rong's envelope and carefully read the contents of the letter.

After looking at it for a while, Gu Sang frowned, her brows furrowed, and it was unclear what she was thinking.

Gu Sang held Li Rong's letter, stood there for a moment, and then turned and walked towards the house where Li Rong lived.

The house where Li Rong lived was not far from the wooden house. Gu Sang walked there for a short while before arriving at Li Rong's house.

Gu Sang opened the door and handed the letter to Li Rong.

After handing the letter to Li Rong, Gu Sang said to her, "Li Rong, I just brewed your medicine, so I'm bringing it to you now."

"Li Rong, you should drink some medicine right away!"

Hearing Gu Sang's words, Li Rong raised her head and looked at the medicine bowl in Gu Sang's hand. After smelling the medicinal aroma, Li Rong asked, "What kind of medicine is this?"

"This is the medicine I got from the doctor," Gu Sang said. "Young Master Li Rong, this medicine is very bitter. You will definitely feel very uncomfortable after drinking it. If you feel uncomfortable, just bear with it. You won't feel uncomfortable after the medicine cools down. Li Rong, please drink it while it's hot!"
