Upon hearing this, the old woman nodded in agreement and withdrew.
Jiang Yuwei helped the stewards with a few minor matters before returning to the inner room to take care of the princess. The maid couldn't understand why Madam Sun, who had never treated her like a human being, would talk to her so much now, and even tell her about praying for Madam Xu's well-being.

Mrs. Sun smiled and pushed the fruit in front of her toward Xu Qianqian.
"You are always so dependent on others. I was thinking that tomorrow is the first day of the month, so I should get up early to go to the temple outside the city to burn incense and pray for you. Right now, the princess is still sick and naturally has no mind to take care of you. As her older sister, I naturally have to pay more attention to her."
