Chapter 789 Soft-hearted but not hard-hearted
“Gu Tingyun is very popular, but he doesn’t make any friends,” Helian Jiao said truthfully.

She would eat the sweetest part in the middle in one bite, and then slowly dig out the rest.
Seeing her regain her spirits, Lu Xiaofen smiled and asked, "Sweetie, what's making you so happy? Who were you talking to on the phone just now?"
She saw her baby take the mobile phone into the room.
"I was just on the phone with Gu Tingyun, asking him to pick me up for school tomorrow." Helian Jiao was happily eating half a watermelon.
Lu Xiaofen guessed that the call was to Tingyun. Although Guaibao usually seemed carefree, he was very domineering when it came to the people and things he cared about.
In her heart, Gu Tingyun and Guaibao grew up together, and he was always so good to Guaibao. She had never seen him raise his voice at Guaibao in all these years.
