Chapter 92: Distributing Cotton Clothes (2/2)

"This hat is so warm." Qian's mother exclaimed the moment she put on the mink hat.

As she got older, she felt her head was cold. Although the cotton hats she made herself were warm, they were not as warm as the one in her hand.

"Wear it when it's warm. We all have one."

Qian Chunhua also put on her own hat. It was indeed warm, and she was reluctant to take it off, so she just kept it on.

"Mom, we will wear this hat to school in the afternoon." Qingsong said with a smile.

"That's right." Qian Chunhua simply agreed and put away the hats they took off.

Everyone was happy, and Qian Xingshan was so moved that tears welled up in his eyes. He said, "My sister has been so kind to me, and I will repay her in the future."

Mother Qian looked at the big leather shoes in front of her and felt happy and distressed. "You kid, you always waste money."

Qian Chunhua smiled and said to her mother in a coquettish manner, "Mom, you are kind to me, and I am kind to you too."

"Tut, tut, tut." Qian's mother said repeatedly. Her daughter was so intimate with her. Qian's mother was happy, but she also got goosebumps.

"This shoe only has this size, so I only bought two pairs, one for my mother and one for me," Qian Chunhua explained briefly.

Mother Qian hesitated for a moment and said, "How about I keep these two for when I grow up?"

"Hey, mom, just wear the one I bought for you. I'll buy another one for Qingsong when he grows up."

Qian Chunhua squatted down and wanted to help Qian's mother put on her shoes without saying anything. Qian's mother quickly stopped him and said, "I can do it myself. I can do it myself."

After getting dressed, Qian's mother tried to walk a few steps on the ground.

"It's really warm, but too tight." Qian's mother loves this pair of shoes very much.

In the afternoon, several children went to school and Qingfeng was taking a nap in the lounge. Qian's mother took advantage of the fact that no one was in the shop and carried the cotton-padded clothes and quilts back home.

Qian Chunhua was busy alone when he welcomed two special guests.

"Fuck, this weather is too cold."

In the kitchen, Qian Chunhua heard the Sichuan dialect, the dialect of his hometown before the time travel.

He quickly put down the work in his hands and Qian Chunhua came out to greet him.

"Welcome, gentlemen." Qian Chunhua greeted the guests politely.

The people who came were two ordinary men, wearing long swords, tight clothes inside and leather coats outside, with frost on their faces, and they kept stamping their feet.

Seeing Qian Chunhua, the bearded man was very surprised. He didn't expect that the shopkeeper here was actually a woman. The cursing words just now disappeared instantly.

The other thin man put the long sword in his hand on the table, sat down, and asked loudly, "What do you have here to eat to warm yourself up? I'm freezing."

Qian Chunhua walked forward with a smile and poured a large bowl of ginger and brown sugar water for each of them. Normally, he would pour water for others in large cups, but because he was familiar with the local accent, Qian Chunhua felt particularly attracted to these two people and poured the water in large bowls for them to drink.

After drinking the scalding hot water, they both felt a little warmer and their conversation tone became a little more gentle.

"Do you have any peppers? I've been out for more than a month, and the peppers outside are not spicy." asked the bearded man.

Qian Chunhua smiled and said, "Yes, I'll make spicy food for you two. How about maocai?"

The thin man asked in confusion, "What is maocai?"

Qian Chunhua knew that the ancient soups of this era were not spicy, let alone maocai, so he just casually explained, "It's called maocai when you cook vegetables in spicy soup."

The bearded man asked disdainfully, "No meat?"

"Yes."

The thin man waved his hand and said, "Just make what you said. Hurry up, I'm starving."
