She raised her head, rubbed her neck with her hand, picked up her coat with one hand and grabbed her bag with the other before walking out.

After leaving the office gate, I said hello to the security guard, got in the car and went straight home.

I received a call from Miao Man on the way and asked her where she was. When I heard that she was going home, I immediately told her a place and asked her to come over.
