Chapter 140: White and Tender Buns

"Yes." Su Nan nodded. After applying the facial cream, he walked to the bed, kicked off his shoes, climbed onto the bed, walked past Zhou Yang, and got into the quilt.

"It's warm, thank you for warming the quilt for me." Su Nan smiled sweetly, sighed comfortably, and then put her cold little feet on Zhou Rang's calves.

Zhou Rang shivered with cold, put the book on the table beside him, turned off the light, lay down directly, and hugged her in his arms.

"You are like a human furnace." Su Nan rubbed himself, found the most comfortable position and closed his eyes comfortably.

"It's yours alone."

Zhou Rang touched her long hair and murmured something in a low voice, but Su Nan still heard it and laughed like a silver bell. When she had laughed enough, she kissed Zhou Rang on the lips.

The latter looked at her for two seconds, then suddenly enveloped her, holding her tighter in his arms, and lowered his head to kiss her, gently yet with an unspoken domineering air. His nose was filled with her refreshing, sweet fragrance.

Not long after, he began to feel gradually getting hot, and his heartbeat began to beat wildly and uncontrollably. He felt that Su Nan was responding to him cautiously and quietly.

Zhou Rang hugged the back of her head and gently opened the distance between them. He saw that her face was flushed, her hair spread out on the pillow, her face was not made up, and her skin was white and tender. She looked completely defenseless and as soft as the marshmallows he ate as a child.

"Zhou Rang." Su Nan suddenly exclaimed, because he suddenly pinched her waist, picked her up with force, and hugged her to himself.

Su Nan lay on his chest, feeling a chill in the darkness, and her heartbeat became faster and faster.

The distance was too close, causing both of them to feel confused and their minds to be muddled, and even the slightest sound was lost between their lips.

In the end, Zhou Rang ate the white and tender meat he wanted, and left his mark on it without any hesitation.

The morning sunshine is peaceful and elegant, making people feel calm and relaxed. A breeze blows by, blowing off a few drops of dew from the camellia petals, and the crystal clear water droplets drip down the leaves onto the soil.

"Eat quickly, or it will get cold." Zhou Rang came to the dining table with a plate of white and tender meat buns, a smile on his face, and it was obvious that he was in a very good mood.

Su Nan's face was dark, and after seeing the plate of buns, it became even darker. He wrinkled his nose and snorted coquettishly, "Did you do that on purpose?"

The dull pain in her body was also reminding her not to forget Zhou Rang's advances last night.

Zhou Rang sat down next to her and carefully blew the porridge to cool it down for her. Upon hearing this, he said innocently, "What do you mean by intentional?"

Seeing him look like he was in a state of irritation, Su Nan gritted her teeth and said viciously and resentfully, "You did it yourself, don't you know?"

As he spoke, he snatched the bowl and chopsticks from Zhou Rang's hand and drank the porridge in big gulps. After drinking half a bowl, he hesitated for a moment and then grabbed a meat bun and took a big bite.

It seemed that it was not Baozi, but Zhou Rang who was pretending to be stupid.

"I'm done eating. I'm leaving first. You better reflect on this for a moment." After finishing his meal, Su Nan stood up suddenly and pointed at Zhou Rang's nose and said in a fierce tone.

Zhou Rang blinked, said "Oh" slowly, and a smile spread across his lips. He said lightly and happily, "I'll take you to work. Wait for me."

Su Nan didn't respond. She raised her chin, put her hands on her hips and walked out the door. She wanted to go back to her room to change clothes.

Zhou Rang smiled and shook his head. He grabbed a meat bun and took a bite. A smile played on his face as he slowly uttered a few words, "It doesn't taste like yours."

If Su Nan heard this, he would definitely get angry and make trouble for him again.

After Zhou Rang sent Su Nanqi to work, he went to report to the Agricultural Bureau to take up his post. However, this was just a formality. His work was very little, and it made little difference whether he was there or not.

After finding out that he could take leave to go home and visit his family during the Spring Festival, Zhou Rang stayed in the office all day.

Su Nan first asked Jiang Hongqin about the Spring Festival holiday. After learning that the holiday would only last two and a half days, she excitedly asked if she could ask her unit to issue a certificate to go back to her hometown for the New Year.

"It should be possible. You should ask Master Kong for the specific operation."

"Thank you, Sister Hongqin. If I can go back to Shanghai for the New Year, I will bring you some local specialties." Su Nan exclaimed quickly in a low voice, with obvious joy in his tone.

Jiang Hongqin's eyes lit up, and she clasped her hands together and said excitedly, "Sure! I gave the Shanghai biscuits you gave me last time to my child, and he's been talking about them for a few days. I've been wanting to ask you to buy some for me for a long time."

"What's the big deal? I'll buy it for you later." Su Nan patted his chest and nodded in agreement.

"Then thank you first." Jiang Hongqin said as she handed Su Nan the banknotes.

In this way, the plan of returning to Shanghai for the New Year was put on the agenda. Su Nan first went to the post office to send a telegram to his family, informing them of his upcoming return to Shanghai, and then he also received a package sent from Shanghai.

Inside was a new cashmere coat that Su Li had sent her. It was gray and fitted her well and was warm. Apart from that, there were some food and money.

There was also a letter in the package, which contained caring greetings from her father and brother. They said that they knew she was an educated youth and could not go home for the first year, so they sent some things to her so that she could buy some food and daily necessities and not treat herself badly.

After reading the entire letter, Su Nan couldn't help but have tears in her eyes. She covered her lips and cried uncontrollably.

Zhou Rang was responsible for solving the train ticket problem for the two of them. In order to make the journey more comfortable, he used his connections to buy two connected sleeper tickets at a high price.

In the cold winter that had already begun to feel the flavor of the New Year, the two embarked on a journey back to Shanghai.

"Would you like some hot water?" Zhou Rang walked through the narrow corridor, came to the sleeper car, and patted the quilt on the upper bunk.

The next second, a fluffy little head popped out from under the quilt, with two twisted pigtails, as if its hair was already frizzy.

"Yes." Su Nan said as she sat up, but the space was limited, so she could only half bend over, take the cup of water handed to her by Zhou Rang, and drink the hot water in the cup in small sips.

"Where are we?" Su Nan wrapped himself tightly with the quilt and couldn't help but look out the glass window, but it was pitch black outside and he couldn't see anything clearly.

The quilt she was wearing was different from the uniform army green quilts on the other beds. Hers was white with yellow flowers, and it was obviously her own quilt.

Xiao Jiaojiao didn't want to sleep on a smelly quilt that had been slept on by countless people. She would not be able to sleep, so before leaving, she begged Zhou Rang to take the quilt with her.

She put some other special products of Sang'an County that she wanted to bring to her father and her own thick clothes into the space.

With so many things "missing", it was impossible for Zhou Rang not to know that they were missing, but he never asked Su Nan, because they both knew where the things were.

"I don't know either, but there's still one day before we can go to Shanghai." Zhou Rang took Su Nan's empty cup of water, covered it, and put it on the table beside his waist.

Before Su Nan could reply, the man sleeping on the lower bunk opposite them suddenly spoke.
