On Ji Wangxian's first day at the factory, he was stopped outside by the security guard: "Excuse me, Model Worker Ji, you are no longer a factory employee and are not qualified to enter the factory. Please go back!"

Zheng Guangqi gave the recording equipment to Zhou Rang and left Zhou Rang's office.
Half an hour later, Ji Wangxian arrived at the factory, stood at the door of Zhou Rang's office, adjusted his mood, and then knocked on the door.
Zhou Rang prepared the recording equipment and said calmly, "Come in, the door is not locked!"
Ji Wangxian pushed the door open and walked in, then closed it behind him. He came to Zhou Rangye and pleaded, "Boss, it was all my fault before. I was so heartless. Please give me another chance and let me go back to work in the factory, okay?"
Zhou Rang curled his lips. It turned out that he was really thinking about this.
"Manager Ji, what are you talking about? My little temple is too small to accommodate a big Buddha like you." Zhou Rang smiled faintly and mocked Ji Wangxian.
Ji Wangxian lowered his head in shame after being told this by Zhou Rang: "It was all my fault before. I was bewildered. I came here today to apologize to you. Please trust me again. For the sake of our past relationship, please let me come back to work."

Ji went to the county and saw that Zhou Rang had made up his mind, so he could only leave the factory in anger.
Zhou Rang watched Ji Wangxian leave, then called Zheng Guangqi and said, "Hurry up and call all the factory management to a meeting in the conference room."
