Liu Yaoguo played cards with his friends in a video hall all night last night and only climbed over the wall to return to school in the morning.
I really couldn't get up to attend class today, so I pretended to be sick and slept in the dormitory.
Zhang Qing naturally cooperated with him in lying and described the symptoms to the class teacher as very serious.
As the college entrance examination was approaching, the head teacher was afraid that the student would be too tired and something would happen, so he agreed to let Liu Yaoguo rest in the dormitory for a day.
After school at noon, Zhang Qing packed his schoolbag and prepared to go to the cafeteria for lunch.
As soon as I walked out of the classroom, I ran into a middle-aged man.
The man stopped him and said, "Little classmate, do you know where classmate Liu Yaoguo went?"
The middle-aged man who asked the question was Liu Zhenxing.
He stood outside the classroom and looked inside. There were only a few students left in the classroom, and his son was nowhere to be seen.
Just then a student came out, so he stopped him and asked him questions.
While waiting for the answer, Liu Zhenxing was also looking at the other person.
As a senior high school student, the other person was almost as tall as him and was obviously more elegantly dressed than the students around him.
Moreover, those eyes, looking at him coldly, always gave Liu Zhenxing an inexplicable sense of familiarity, which he couldn't explain.
In short, I don’t feel very comfortable.
Zhang Qing raised his eyes and glanced at the middle-aged man in front of him. Since he was looking for Liu Yaoguo, it was very likely that he was the resentful father whom he had not yet recognized.
He pulled the strap of his schoolbag over his shoulder and asked in a less than polite tone, "Who are you?"
"I'm his father."
Liu Zhenxing said coldly, this male classmate has no manners at all. Instead of being respectful when seeing his elders, he looks at them with a frown. What's wrong with that?
Zhang Qing's attitude worsened after getting the answer, and he raised his eyebrows: "Oh. He's not here."
He had long known from his eldest and second brothers what his father had done.
It's really hard to have a good face.
Zhang Qing's cold attitude made Liu Zhenxing frown. Today's students have no quality at all.
His face darkened, and he unconsciously exuded the aura of a superior. "Not here? Did he come to class today? Where does he go if he doesn't attend class?"
An ordinary young person would have been frightened by this kind of momentum and would have started to get nervous.
I will answer honestly whatever you ask.
But Zhang Qing didn't buy it at all.
He sneered and glanced lazily at the person in front of him: "Are you his father or am I his father? I don't need to worry about whether he comes to class or where he goes, right?"
"Uncle, please get out of the way and don't delay me from going to the cafeteria to eat."
After saying that, Zhang Qing kicked the door frame, signaling Liu Zhenxing to move aside.
Liu Zhenxing was furious when he was bumped by a child.
Not only did he stand still and block the doorway, he also scolded with a stern face:
"Hey classmate, I see you're dressed like a gentleman. Didn't your parents teach you to respect your elders? And look at your nonchalant attitude. How can you be a student at all?!"
Zhang Qing's expression also turned cold. He shifted his schoolbag from his left shoulder to his right shoulder, then stood up straight and glared at Liu Zhenxing.
"Uncle, are you here to look for your son or to pick a fight? I'm just an orphan, without a father or a mother, so naturally there's no one to discipline me. So, you want to be my father and teach me a lesson?"
"You!" Liu Zhenxing's chest heaved violently. It was really weird. How could a student speak so sharply? Every word he said made him uncomfortable.
Forget it, why bother getting angry with a second-rate student.
Judging from his appearance, he must not be very good at studying.
Liu Zhenxing took a step aside, and Zhang Qing walked out of the classroom door.
After walking a few steps, someone called him again.
"Brother Qing!"
Zhang Qing turned around and saw Liu Yaoguo appearing out of nowhere.
The two of them put their arms around Zhang Qing's shoulders and said, "Brother Qing, take me to a restaurant for dinner. I'm really hungry."
"Where's your living expenses?"
Liu Yaoguo put down his hand on Zhang Qing's shoulder and scratched his head embarrassedly:
"Oh, don't mention it. I lost everything playing cards last night and I still owe someone dozens of dollars."
As soon as he finished speaking, he was hit on the head with a "bang".
"Who the hell dares to hit me!"
Liu Yaoguo grimaced in pain and screamed, cursing as he turned around.
Then his arrogant expression froze instantly: "Dad, Dad?"
"Why are you here?"
Liu Zhenxing was standing not far from the two of them and heard the conversation clearly.
Playing cards, losing money, eating out... every word was jumping on his blood pressure line.
He raised his hand and hit his son on the head.
"Are you really going to teach me a lesson? Instead of studying hard in school, you're out playing cards with other people?! At your age, you're already imitating the society and picking up some bad morals!"
"Do you know that the college entrance exam is in two days? If you don't get into college, don't call me your son. I can't afford to embarrass you!"
Liu Zhenxing was not lenient with his actions. When he thought about the college entrance examination that was coming up soon and his son actually went out to play cards in the middle of the night, his blood pressure started to soar.
The key point is that before he came, he thought his son was studying hard at school, but he didn't expect that all his efforts were used for other things!
Liu Yaoguo was beaten by his father and cried out in pain.
Hiding and begging for mercy:
"Dad! Dad! I was wrong!"
"Stop hitting me!"
Zhang Qing, who was standing next to him, had already slipped away. He had to hurry up and finish his meal before coming back to study, so he didn't want to waste his time on this rubbish father and son.
Fortunately, it was lunch time, otherwise the entire senior year would have been able to watch Liu Yaoguo rolling on the ground being beaten by his own father.
After beating him up, Liu Zhenxing felt relieved and grabbed his son's arm: "Come out here and stay at home for a few days. We'll talk after the college entrance examination!"
Go home and live?
Liu Yaoguo's face was full of resistance, "I'm not going home, Dad. I want to study at school!"
