Ling Hancheng and Old Lady Ling happened to meet on their way home, and the mother and son walked home together under the moonlight.

Ling Hancheng was really surprised.
Old Mrs. Ling then talked about what happened at the card table.
Ling Hancheng was of course happy that his mother won the money, but there might have been a conflict soon because of the land issue, and now his mother was trying to cheat Old Mrs. Tian. Isn't this a bit bad?
Seeing Ling Hancheng's hesitation, Old Mrs. Ling shook her head and patted her son.
"You're not really thinking straight at this point," Old Lady Ling said. "Think about it, our relationship with theirs was already incredibly bad, so what else can we do now?"

Ling Hancheng suddenly understood.
He was not polite to Tian Yulian just now, so of course his mother didn't need to show mercy to Old Mrs. Tian now.
