It was already afternoon when we came out of the movie.
The autumn wind was bleak, and many autumn leaves fell from the big trees on both sides of the road.
Gu Chijin held Shi Qi's hand and led her out. The weather was a little cold, and Shi Qi shivered a little as she stood aside. When Gu Chijin noticed this, he took off his coat and put it on her shoulders.
Shi Qi tilted her head to look at him, a sweet smile on her lips, and let his warm big palm hold her small hand as she pushed through the crowd and continued walking forward.

"Sister-in-law, this is a comb I bought at a small stall just now. You and Sister-in-law Jiang each have one. Take it back."
Jiang Ling embarrassedly stretched out her hand to refuse:
“No, no, you just came back, how can you take yours again.
Keep it for yourself."
Shi Qi pulled her to stop her from running away, forcefully stuffed something into her hand, and pretended to be angry:
"Sister-in-law, you are being distant with me.
It's not worth anything, just keep it."
Seeing Shi Qi's insistence, Jiang Ling took the things back in dismay and said with a smile:

After a few visits, it wasn't long before everyone in the military family compound knew that Deputy Battalion Commander Gu had returned from training in Beijing.
It seems that his relationship with his wife is better.
They returned home and opened the gate. Shi Qi and Gu Chijin had just put down the things they bought when Bai Xiaohua appeared at the gate.
"Deputy Battalion Commander Gu?
Shi Meizi?
How long have you been back?"
Hearing the sound, Shi Qi looked out the window and saw Bai Xiaohua standing at the gate holding the child. He quickly called out:
"Sister-in-law, we just got back.
Come in and sit down."
Letting Gu Chijin continue packing, Shi Qi changed his shoes and ran out.
"Sister-in-law, come in and sit for a while."
He rubbed Jiang Haoyun's head and Shi Qi smiled and moved in.
Bai Xiaohua shook his head and said with a smile:
"I'm not going in. I came here to call you and Deputy Battalion Commander Gu to have dinner."
Shi Qi was stunned for a moment, then refused with a smile:
"I won't go today, sister-in-law. I feel bad bothering you every day."
Bai Xiaohua was unhappy:
"What do you mean sorry? We are sisters, so what's the problem with having a meal together?
You and Deputy Battalion Commander Gu should pack up and come here quickly. Jiang Chen also bought some roast duck today.
Let the two men have a few drinks later."
"Brother Jiang is back?"

With that, Bai Xiaohua strode out with the child in his arms, not giving Shi Qi any chance to refuse.
With a helpless smile, Shi Qi had to turn around and go back to the house.
As he entered the house, Gu Chijin, who was putting things away, turned around and looked at Shi Qi, frowning and asking in confusion:
"What's wrong? What did she just say?"
Shi Qi sighed and explained:
"Sister-in-law asked us to come over for dinner."
Gu Chijin's eyebrows gathered:
"Jiang Chen is back?"
Shiqi nodded:
"He came back and said he bought some roast duck and asked you to come over for a drink."
After thinking for a moment, Gu Chijin nodded:
"Just go ahead. We won't be cooking tonight."
Shiqi hesitated:
"We just got back. It's not good to bother my sister-in-law and the others every day, right?"
Gu Chijin didn't think too much about it. He pulled Shi Qi into his arms, kissed her cheek, and chuckled:
“What’s this?
Jiang Chen and I have a good relationship. The fact that our two families visit each other more frequently shows that we have a good relationship."

They picked up the comb they were planning to give to Bai Xiaohua and some fruit. The couple packed up and went out together to Jiang's house.
After calling Shi Qi, Bai Xiaohua took a detour to call Jiang Ling and her family.
Jiang Ling was originally embarrassed to go, but unable to bear Bai Xiaohua's tough attitude, she had to agree to go with Ji Zhang later.
After getting the accurate answer, Bai Xiaohua hurried home with the child and continued to prepare dinner.
