Shi Qi slept very soundly. Gu Chijin went to Ji's house to discuss the arrangements for the New Year's Eve dinner, and came back to prepare the dishes. He pushed the door open and saw that she showed no signs of waking up. He closed the door, let her continue to rest, and went to the kitchen to busy himself.

"I thought the box in the room was where you kept your military documents. I never touched it."
Seeing her silly look, Gu Chijin let go of her hand and teased her:
"It seems that you don't care about me enough.
Remember to take care of me in the future, okay?"
