Following the sound, Shi Xi passed through door after door. Although the sound was far away, she could clearly hear their conversation and find their location.

This woman must be the one the assistant was referring to!
There was no mattress on the hospital bed, only a thin, white sheet covering the hard bed board. The woman lay flat on the bed, looking pitiful and helpless.
The old man looked at the woman's face for a while and said, "Is it really not you? Or are you just like those people, only with a face that resembles hers?"
The old man's tone softened slightly, "Don't blame me for being heartless to you. Blame your face, for you have a face that resembles hers."
"Don't worry, I won't kill you. When the time is right, I will send you out so you can live in the sunlight again. After all, I saved your life. Taking your blood and imprisoning you for a while is my way of repaying you."
As the mist dissipated, Shi Xi's eyes were fixed on the woman's face, but she woke up in reality before she could even see her.
She was still half asleep when she sat up, groggily thinking about the dream she had just had.
