At five o'clock in the afternoon, a red Ferrari was slowly driving along a road leading to Lingshan.
Shi Xi, sitting in the driver's seat, beamed, "That's right, that's right, we got the right route this time."
Looking at the villas on the mountain, Shi Xi realized that the route she was taking matched the green arrow on the navigation system. She admired herself for finding Di Chenxiao's place.
As she approached the villa's main gate, a group of people dressed in black, holding guns, pointed them at her and shouted, "Stop the car!"
Shi Xi should have stopped the car immediately upon seeing this, but the car wouldn't listen and wouldn't stop.

He was quite daring; his figure moved like a cheetah as he lunged at the car, slipped through the window, picked up the woman, and tossed her into the passenger seat. He then slowly applied the brakes, bringing the car to a stop just centimeters from the gate.
"Phew—" Shi Xi sighed deeply, drenched in sweat from fright, as the car finally came to a stop.
After the car came to a complete stop, she immediately got out. This thing was too scary; it was best to stay away from it.
After getting out of the car, Di'er pointed a gun at Shi Xi and interrogated her, "Who sent you? What is your purpose here?"
Shi Xi held her hands half-raised, looking at the dark-skinned man in front of her with murderous eyes. This should be one of the leaders of Di Chenxiao's ten secret guards.
The black man was holding a real gun; if it went off accidentally, her life would be in danger. "I sent myself. I'm looking for Di Chenxiao."
The man, whose face was already red, now turned even darker. "How dare you! How dare you call your master by his name?"
"Don't get excited, don't get excited, hold the gun steady, please don't let it go off accidentally." Shi Xi swallowed hard, frightened.

From the moment he realized her car couldn't stop, to the moment Dill pointed a gun at her, he almost jumped out of his skin.
Her voice was hoarse yet tender as she said, "Xixi."
Shi Xi listened to Di Chenxiao's heart pounding wildly, its rate significantly higher than normal. She patted his back and comforted him, "Xiaoxiao, don't be afraid, I'm fine. Don't be scared."
He hugged her for a while, then let go of Shi Xi, staring intently at her, and said with lingering fear, "Thank goodness you're alright."
Shi Xi was so shocked by the appearance of the man in front of her that she gaped. Was this Di Chenxiao? The man in front of her reeked of cigarettes, his hair was messy, he had heavy dark circles under his eyes, and his beard was unkempt. He had no image to speak of.
