Amidst the myriad lights and stories of countless homes, a black Rolls-Royce wound its way through the streets, heading towards the desolate countryside, towards the home of Di Chenxiao and Shi Xi—Xiyuan.
After returning home, Shi Xi wanted to cook for Di Chenxiao, but Di Chenxiao stopped her.
After what happened this morning, Di Chenxiao would not let Shi Xi cook again. He didn't want to wait all day only to find that he not only couldn't eat, but also had to cook for her.
It would have been better if he had cooked from the beginning.
While Di Chenxiao was cooking, Shi Xi was helping him out, but really she was just handing him plates.
Even washing vegetables was done by Di Chenxiao himself, not letting Shi Xi do it, because he subconsciously didn't want her hands to touch them.

Di Chenxiao ignored Shi Xi and went to his study to start working.
Tonight, after taking a shower, Shi Xi lay half-reclined on the bed reading. When it was 10:30, before she got out of bed, Di Chenxiao returned to the bedroom and went to sleep.

"Xiaoxiao, let me tell you a story! What kind of story do you want to hear? A fairy tale? A dark fairy tale? A love story? A horror story?..."
Di Chenxiao felt itchy from Shi Xi's tickling and wanted to do something naughty.
Shi Xi was still unaware of her own actions and continued to do evil in Di Chenxiao's hands.
"You don't want to hear any of this? How about I sing you a song?"
"If you don't say anything, I'll take that as a yes. Ahem, I'll start singing now!"

The first button was undone, then the second. He could have easily torn them off with force, but he retained his composure and refrained from violence.
