Chapter 115 of The Little Fairy Who Became a Boss

Chapter 114, Extra 16: Little Witch X Knight

At the northernmost part of the Misty Kingdom, there is a dark forest shrouded in magic. In the forest lived an old witch and a young witch. The old witch has been committed to training the young witch to become the master of the forest.

The old witch had lived for many, many years and was about to die. Before she died, the last thing she did for the young witch was to fly to the Misty Palace on her broom and bring the princess back.

As a genuine witch, you must have four things to be recognized by the Wizarding Union: a captive princess, a black cat, a crystal ball, and a broom.

The old witch lay in the grave she had dug for herself, with her broom, crystal ball, and dead black cat beside her. She said weakly: "Yingying, the princess is my last gift to you. The rest is up to you."

After saying this, the old witch closed her eyes.

Qi Ying covered it with flowers and soil, and from then on there was another witch's tomb in the Dark Forest.

She grew up in the Dark Forest. Because of the dark magic she carried, no creature was willing to get close to her. She used to be accompanied by an old witch, but now that the old witch is dead, she is even more lonely.

But fortunately, the princess who was captured was a chatterbox.

After Qi Ying had given her apples for several days, the princess was no longer afraid of her. She asked her while chewing an apple, "Will you kill me? Will you dig out my heart and make soup? Will you use my blood as a medicine?"

The little witch, wearing a red hooded cloak and a little red hat, chatted with her through the window: "No. I will support you, and you play with me."

The princess was very happy: "Okay, okay, then let me out and I will play with you."

As expected, Qi Ying released her.

The princess actually didn't want to stay in the palace at all. There were too many rules in the palace. She had to learn etiquette all day long. There were no such things as this or that. She had no freedom at all. Now she lives in the forest. Qi Ying supports her and gives her whatever she wants. The forest is so big that she can go wherever she wants, climb trees, go to the river, catch birds and fish. She is so happy.

But such happy days are destined not to last long.

The king sent a knight to the dark forest to rescue the princess.

One day, a knight in armor and carrying a sword broke into the little witch's territory.

Qi Ying fought with the knight for three hundred rounds and was defeated miserably.

It's not her fault.

She is still in her growth stage. She has no crystal ball to bless her, no black cat to help her fight, and no broom as a means of transportation. She is no match for the knight at all.

When she fell to the ground, Qi Ying shouted to the knight, "Stop fighting! I'll give the princess back to you. Take her away quickly. She's almost eaten all the apples on my tree!"

The sword in the knight's hand really stopped, and after a pause, he used the sword to lift the little red hat off her head.

The angry little face under the hat is extremely cute.

It was nothing like the witch he had imagined, with her long nose and sunken eyes.

Ji Rang put away his sword, squatted down in front of the cute little witch, and asked, "Where is the princess?"

The little witch said aggrievedly: "I went to catch the little rabbit. She said she wanted to eat roasted rabbit meat tonight."

Ji Rang: "?" He pinched her pink ear tip, "Why did you capture the princess? Why didn't you kill her after you captured her? You even fed her well and kept her well fed?"

The little witch slapped his hand away and said angrily, "We witches are not all bad! The princess is so pretty, I just like to keep her! I want her to play with me!"

Ji Rang said "oh" meaningfully and reached out to pull her. Qi Ying thought she was going to be beaten again, so she hugged her head and shouted, "I won't keep her anymore. I swear in the name of the crystal ball that I will never keep a princess again! Take her away!"

The princess, who had just returned with a rabbit, saw this and shouted, "I won't leave! I want to live here!"

Ji Rang: “…………”

He held the little witch's delicate wrist, pulled her up from the ground, and considerately patted the dust off her cloak. Then he carried the princess onto the horse.

The princess screamed, "Help! Yingying, save me! You damned knight! Can't you just go back and tell my father that the witch has killed me? Help, ah ah ah!"

Ji Rang quickly carried the princess and disappeared into the forest.

Qi Ying was the only one left in the forest.

She was bored for a while and decided to finish the task left by the old witch. Now that the princess was gone, she could only finish the other three things first.

Taking advantage of a moonlit night, Qi Ying left the dark forest and came to the human village on the edge of the forest.

The village was very quiet, and everyone had fallen asleep. The little witch, wearing a cloak and a little red hat, was sneaking down the street, trying to steal a cat.

It turns out that human cats are really too cruel!

As soon as she stretched out her hand, the black cat scratched her and stared at her fiercely with its teeth bared.

Qi Ying covered her bleeding wound, cried aggrievedly, and whispered: "I won't hurt you, I will make you fat, will you come with me?"

The black cat became more ferocious.

She has the aura of black magic, and it is destined that small animals will not like her.

But she didn't want to use black magic to deal with the small animals.

Just when she didn't know what to do, there was a sound of horse hooves on the street. Qi Ying was startled and was about to find a place to hide, but the horse was already running close. Under the moonlight, Ji Rang jumped off the horse, looked at her for a few seconds, and asked, "What are you doing here?"

Qi Ying recognized him and was stunned for a moment before saying, "Catch the cat."

Ji Rang looked at her bleeding wound and asked, "Did you scratch the cat or did the cat scratch you?"

The little witch lowered her head in shame.

Ji Rang took two steps closer, squatted down, and stretched out his hand to the black cat. The black cat, which had been ferocious just now, instantly became obedient, meowed twice, walked to him, and licked his fingers.

Qi Ying suddenly envied him.

The knight exudes a bright and warm aura, and all the small animals like him.

Ji Rang played with the cat for a while, then stood up and walked to Qi Ying, taking her to the inn. He found some herbs and gauze to bandage the wound on her wrist, lowered his head and asked her, "Why didn't you use magic to deal with it? And let it scratch you?"

The little witch sighed and said, "It's too cute. I can't bring myself to kill it."

Ji Rang understood that this little witch was a face lover.

When it was almost dawn, Ji Rang rode his horse to send Qi Ying to the entrance of the forest. He said, "Go back. I will give you a cat in a few days."

Her eyes lit up: "Really?!"

Ji Rang nodded while sitting on horseback: "A knight never lies."

The little witch was very happy, waved to him, and turned into the forest. She jumped up and down in her little red hat, and even her back was so cute.

After waiting for a few days, Ji Rang came to the witch's territory again.

He really sent her a black cat.

It was a newborn kitten, whose eyes couldn't even be opened yet. Qi Ying held the kitten in his hands and heard him say, "A newborn kitten is not that sensitive to the aura of black magic on you. Keep it, and when it gets familiar with this aura, it won't reject you anymore."

Qi Ying nodded repeatedly.

Ji Rang looked at her cloak which was tattered after not seeing her for a few days, frowned and asked, "What's going on?"

Qi Ying put the kitten in the box and then said angrily, "I want to make a broom and need a branch from the Spirit Gathering Tree. But he won't give it to me and I'm fighting with him recently!"

Ji Rang saw a tiny bloodstain on the tip of her pink ear.

He drew his sword: "Lead the way."

So the little witch got the materials to make a broom.

The crying sound of the Spirit Gathering Tree echoed in the forest for three days and three nights.

With the broom, Qi Ying could fly freely. But she couldn't keep her balance well, and sometimes she would fly too high and get blown down by the wind.

When Ji Rang once again took the crystal ball into the dark forest, the little witch screamed and fell from the sky into his arms.

The broom hit Ji Rang on the head with a bang.

Little Red Riding Hood smiled guiltily in his arms.

Ji Rang's head was hit by the broom and a bump was formed on it. Qi Ying felt very guilty. After taking him back to her cabin, she quickly climbed up the ladder to the bookshelf and found a dusty magic book. Then she healed Ji Rang according to the spells in the magic book.

After reading the spell, two horns grew on Ji Rang's forehead.

Ji Rang: “???”

Qi Ying: "…………I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the business. I'll try again!"

Once again, Ji Rang was made smaller by her, becoming as big as a finger.

Ji Rang: “!!!”

Qi Ying: “Wow!”

She picked up the shrunken Knight and placed it in her palm. She pursed her lips and blew gently, and the Knight was blown over.

She originally wanted to play like this for a while, but a big spider suddenly descended from the roof and tried to snatch the food from her palm, so Qi Ying quickly changed Ji Rang back.

As soon as she recovered, Ji Rang grabbed her by the hood and pressed her on the table and spanked her.

She held her head and kicked her legs while crying: "I was wrong. I will never dare to do it again. I swear on the crystal ball."

Ji Rang really stopped, brought her to him, and took out a crystal ball from his arms, "Come on, swear that you will never use black magic on me again."

Qi Ying looked at the crystal ball in amazement: "Is this the crystal ball given to me?" Little Red Riding Hood threw herself into his arms, hugged his waist and rubbed his chest: "Sir Knight, you are so kind to me."

From then on, Qi Ying had everything except the princess.

But she didn't need to catch the princess at all. Ji Rang said that she tried to escape from the palace every day and come to the Dark Forest to find her.

Qi Ying decided that when his magic became more powerful, he would go to the palace to pick her up and take her out to play.

With the crystal ball for practicing magic, she made rapid progress every day. She planted a field of dark roses around the cottage. These were flowers that could only be watered with magic. If they bloomed one day, it would prove that she was qualified to take charge of the forest.

One day in the middle of the night, Ji Rang was sleeping.

While he was sleeping, he heard someone knocking on his window.

Dong, dong, dong, dong, knocking, again and again, it knocked into his dream.

Ji Rang woke up with a start.

The knocking on the window continued.

He lives in a five-story castle!

Ji Rang jumped out of bed, walked to the window and opened the curtains to look in. Under the silver moonlight, the little witch was riding a broom in the air, the little red hat on her head was swaying in the night wind, she was holding a dark red rose in her hand, and when she saw him open the window, she happily flew closer and handed the rose in.

She said, "Sir Knight, the roses I planted are blooming. I give them to you."

Ji Rang did not take the rose, but held her hand holding the flower and pulled her in from the window.

The night wind was a bit cold, and her little face was icy. Ji Rang closed the window, helped her put the broom away, and then pressed her to sleep on his bed.

She was still a little dazed as she curled up in his arms and whispered, "I want to go back to the forest."

Ji Rang pressed the back of her head and said, "It's too late to travel. Let's go back tomorrow."

Qi Ying thought about it and accepted it with pleasure.

The next morning, the little witch yawned, got on her broom and flew away out of the window.

At midnight that day, the little witch came knocking on his window again.

Ji Rang didn't sleep. He opened the window and saw his Little Red Riding Hood riding on a broomstick. He said sheepishly, "Sir Knight, your bed is more comfortable than mine. Can I come to sleep at your place every night from now on?"

So the little witch began her life of flying to the castle every night and flying back to the forest every morning.

Later one night, when she flew to the Knight's Castle again, she found the window open and Ji Rang was nowhere to be seen.

There was a letter left for her on the quilt. Qi Ying put away the broom and opened the letter to read it. It turned out that the knight had received an order from the king and set out to deal with the evil dragon that was harming the people.

The letter said to let her go to sleep quietly.

Qi Ying lay down on the bed holding the letter, covered herself with the quilt and went to sleep.

It’s the same bed, but something feels wrong and I’m not comfortable sleeping on it.

The little witch suffered from insomnia until dawn, when she realized that it was not the bed that was comfortable to sleep on, but the knight's embrace that was so comfortable.

Qi Ying put on her cloak, put on her little red hat, and rode her broom to the dragon's lair.

When he arrived, Ji Rang was already fighting with the dragon.

Qi Yingfei was in the air, took out a crystal ball, and began to cast magic to help.

The dragon soon spotted her and angrily said, "Witch! We are the same kind! Why are you helping him?!"

Qi Ying said: "You are ugly, he is good-looking."

The dragon is very angry!!!

He stopped attacking the knight and turned to attack the little witch: "You damned traitor! I will bite you to death!"

Although Qi Ying has made great progress now, he still has a hard time fighting the evil dragon, and was swept off the broom by the evil dragon's tail.

Ji Rang took a look and said, "Fuck you, you actually hit my Little Red Riding Hood!"

The knight exploded, slashing the dragon's head with his sword.

Ji Rang killed the dragon, and the king was very happy. He wanted to reward him greatly and asked him what he wanted. Ji Rang asked for nothing, so he resigned from his position as a knight in the palace, locked his castle, and moved to the Dark Forest.

The forest is full of beautiful dark roses that glow in the moonlight.

Qi Ying would ride on a broomstick and take him to the starry sky in this light. Her skills were already very good, and she could do a 360-degree mid-air turn for two and a half weeks without falling.

Under the night sky, they look like dancing meteors.

Occasionally, the princess would escape successfully and come to the Dark Forest to play with them. Then, before the king noticed, Qi Ying would ride on a broom to take her back.

Because she failed to successfully imprison the princess, the Witch Union did not give her official certification.

But Qi Ying was not sad.

She sat by the window and wrote in her diary by the moonlight: Although I don't have a princess, I have a knight who is prettier and more powerful than the princess. I am a better witch than the real witch~!
