Chapter 446 The Guesthouse (1)

Su Jingjing invited Murong Xinxin to have dinner together.

Murong Xinxin shook her head vigorously, thanked Su Jingjing, and said, "I still need to pack my luggage, you guys go ahead."

She didn't want to face Jingjing's husband's expressionless face.

Su Jingjing and her companion found a small restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. It was lunchtime, so the restaurant was bustling with people.

I had been so busy that I hadn't noticed the hunger, but once I stopped, I suddenly felt ravenously hungry, as if my stomach was playing a game of hide-and-seek.

The man focused intently on removing fish bones and peeling shrimp for her, while he himself didn't eat more than a couple of bites.

"Ah Ting, you should eat something too. You don't need to take care of me."

After all, he had been busy all morning, and his physical strength must have been greatly depleted.

"Then you feed me?"

The two stood close together, and the man's magnetic, deep, and charming voice reached her ears, causing her to blush and even stop chewing abruptly.

Su Jingjing looked at the people coming and going, subconsciously wanting to escape the men's encirclement, but the large hand around her waist held her captive. "Um, there are still a lot of people around, how about next time?"

She tried to negotiate, but the store was packed, and she didn't dare to show off her affection so openly.

Li Hanting gazed at her with a half-smile, "Wife, you don't have to feed me unless you agree to one condition."

"Wh...what conditions?"

Su Jingjing asked the question naively, completely unaware that she had fallen into a wolf's den.

Li Hanting leaned close to her ear and whispered a few words. The next second, her ears turned red instantly.

"you……"

"Honey, what do you think of these conditions?"

Su Jingjing thought to herself that it wasn't very good.

He actually made me take the initiative tonight, and it was even the woman-on-top position.

Su Jingjing raised her eyebrows and pouted, "You did this on purpose."

Li Hanting raised an eyebrow and smiled, then gently pinched her cheek, readily admitting it.

He was determined to have an unforgettable night, otherwise he wouldn't be able to eat meat for at least another two weeks.

Su Jingjing was used to men's shamelessness, but given the current situation, it seemed she had no choice but to agree.

Li Hanting was not surprised by her answer, as if he was waiting for her to give in.

However, when she agreed, he couldn't hide his excitement and even ate faster.

Even so, he still took good care of Su Jingjing while she ate.

Su Jingjing sensed the man's eagerness, her heart pounding, her eyes darting around. "A-Ting, how about we go shopping in Beijing after dinner and buy some things for the kids?"

Li Hanting paused in his chopsticks; he knew, of course, that his wife's true intentions were not what they seemed.

But we do need to go shopping and buy her something.

Seeing that the man had agreed, Su Jingjing instantly breathed a sigh of relief; it was good to be able to stall for a while.

The two arrived at the busiest street, which was indeed more lively than Huaicheng.

Upon seeing some rare trinkets, Su Jingjing quickly put aside her nervousness and began to carefully select them.

Sure enough, people are impulsive when shopping. In just one hour, she had already bought several full packages.

The key point is that the man comforted her, saying it wasn't much at all and told her to spend it as much as she wanted.

"Honey, you're so good to me!"

Su Jingjing would only call him "husband" when she was emotional, but she always appreciated it.

Li Hanting's desire was aroused, and he clenched his teeth, "Then you'd better repay me properly tonight."

Su Jingjing gave a light snort; a man can't be serious for more than three seconds.

Li Hanting found a relatively luxurious guesthouse nearby, which clearly stated that a marriage certificate or a letter of introduction was required to book a room.

He hesitated for a few seconds, and just as Su Jingjing was secretly delighted, the man took out the marriage certificate from his pocket.

"Boss, can we open now?"

"Sure, sure, I'll find you the biggest room."

The guesthouse owner was overjoyed to hear this; she could tell that Li Hanting was not short of money.

Su Jingjing's smile froze; she never expected that a man would carry a marriage certificate with him.

She gently shook his hand and asked in a low voice, "Do you carry your marriage certificate with you every day?"

Li Hanting shook his head, denying her idea.

"Then how did you..."

She pointed to the marriage certificate on the table, wondering if he could foresee the future.

Li Hanting pulled her closer, looking at her with doting eyes, "That's because I knew this would be the case."

In this era of strict rules and regulations, two people cannot spend the night outside without proof.

Su Jingjing moved her lips, but ultimately didn't say a word.

Old ginger is spicier!

The owner quickly booked a room.

The man led her to the third floor, walked along the corridor to the end, and pushed open a door.

Sunlight streamed through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, casting bright patches of light on the floor. The room was brightly lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The room is simply yet elegantly furnished, with walls painted a light off-white and paired with wooden furniture, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

A soft, large bed sits in the center of the room, with plain-colored sheets and blankets covering the headboard, making it look exceptionally neat and clean.

In addition, the room has a separate bathroom, with simple and practical interior decoration and all kinds of facilities.

Su Jingjing couldn't help but sigh, it was even better than hotels in later generations, at least there was no need to worry about hidden cameras.

The sound of the door locking caught her attention. Just as she was about to turn around to look back, a strong force suddenly pressed her against the door.
