"What? There's a hotel in the Firelight Base?"
"Yes, it really is a hotel. I heard it suddenly appeared out of nowhere."
"A lot of people have already checked into the hotel. If we continue to hide here and wait and see, we'll miss this great opportunity."
…
In the woods near the Firelight Base, the psychic who came back from gathering information immediately told his captain about this, trying hard to suppress his excitement.
He continued, "That's a hotel! It has running water, electricity, and a TV. It's no different from hotels before the apocalypse."
"Captain, please don't think about it. Let's get to the Firelight Base right away! If we're any later, there won't be any room left."
Captain Scar was still hesitant, fearing it was a trap.
The other team members who heard it also thought it was a trap. It was the end of the world now, so where would there be a hotel with water, electricity and TV?
"Really? If you don't believe me, go and see for yourself."
The man was extremely anxious and kept looking at the team of psychics in the distance.
Those people must have also sent people to the Firelight Base to inquire about the news. They should have known about the hotel incident by now, but they still dare not believe it easily.
Man, "As long as you enter the base, you will get steamed buns and water to drink, one meal during the day, and barbecue at night, all for free."
"What? Not only are there buns and water, but there's also barbecue?"
The team members began to waver. Those were precious supplies! The fact that they were given away for free meant that the Firelight Base had no shortage of food and drink.
"Yes, the white steamed buns. I've been standing not far from the base gate watching. Everyone who enters can get one for free. The people in the base are all very friendly."
After saying that, he wanted to persuade his captain again, but his captain had already shouted, "Go!" and quickly rushed out of the woods.
The man was a little confused. Why didn't he need to persuade her suddenly?
It didn't take long for him to realize why he didn't need to be persuaded.
The other teams of psychics who were hiding deep in the woods and watching all hurried to the base in a panic. Some even started running, and then they used their psychic powers to run wildly, swishing through the woods.
The teams of superpowers refused to give way to each other and rushed towards the gate of the Firelight Base, scaring the soldiers patrolling on the wall.
They immediately raised their weapons and were about to shout to stop, but the psychics stopped first and quickly lined up in the psychic passage.
The survivors in the ordinary team looked at the mutant in the middle of the row with envy.
Not only is their team short, but they are all energetic, unlike their dirty and skinny counterparts.
The soldier on duty did not expect so many people would come to the channel for people with special abilities at once, so he immediately registered their names enthusiastically and asked them what their special abilities were and what their current levels were.
Captain Scar frowned, "Do you have to tell me what superpowers you have?"
The soldier said, "Don't worry. We only collect this information for statistical purposes. You don't have to tell me. I can register you as an outsider. However, if you stay in a hotel, it will cost you 10,000 points per day."
The young man behind Captain Scar immediately raised his hand and asked, "What if we join your Firelight Base? Are there any discounts?"
"Yes, yes, of course."
The soldier was so excited that he immediately said, "For our base personnel, hotel accommodation only costs 10,000 points a month, and utilities are included."
“Not only is the environment nice, but there are also several restaurants on the first floor of the hotel where you can dine by paying points.”
"That's the electronic touch screen next to it. You can see the hotel environment by swiping it. It's absolutely true."
Captain Scar glanced at the electronic touch screen.
He thought it was a sign at first, but it turned out to be a touch screen.
"Captain, I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm here to see."
The young man rushed to the one-meter-tall touch screen and exclaimed, "Captain, captain, it really is a hotel. It has a garden, a restaurant, beautiful rooms, running water, and electricity."
"Oh my god, the supermarket is so huge! The shelves are full of food."
"Captain, let's join the Firelight Base! There's really a lot of food there."
Captain Scar was still worried, what if the pictures and videos were fake?
The soldier saw Captain Scar's suspicion and said, "If you don't believe me, you can still leave after joining our base. We won't force you to stay."
He raised three fingers solemnly and said, "I guarantee you with my colonel's life."
The soldier standing by twitched his mouth. Could their colonel be used like this?
But it worked. Captain Scar filled out the form to join the base and frowned, saying, "If you stop us from leaving the base at that time, don't blame us for being rude."
"Hahaha boys, you won't figure it out."
"Right, right, right. Soon you'll all wish you never left our base again."
…
The aunties with water on their faces made fun of it.
Captain Scar said nothing and led his team into the base gate.
As soon as they entered the base, they saw a large supermarket a few hundred meters ahead.
Along the way, there were either vending machines, old men playing chess under trees, and aunties dancing in the square.
There are also soldiers patrolling back and forth.
They walked and looked at it in amazement, rubbing their eyes desperately.
When they arrived at the supermarket square, they looked up at the big supermarket and two big hotels in front of them, their mouths wide open.
Young man, "Captain, you, you, pinch me."
Captain Scar was already stunned.
The soldiers really did not lie to them. There really was a supermarket and a hotel, and the survivors queuing up were all dressed neatly. It didn't look like a doomsday base at all.
The soldier patrolling the square had already received the notice and walked towards Captain Scar and said, "Check in at the hotel. Follow me."
