The mutated zombies below had been electrocuted, leaving no one alive.
"Stop being dazed. Let's go down and help our benefactor dig out the crystal core."
A male psychic nudged the person next to him with his elbow.
The person next to him pointed at the moonlit sky with a trembling hand and opened his mouth several times, but his teeth were chattering and he couldn't speak.
"What are you looking at? You haven't said anything for a long time."
The man looked up at the sky in confusion, his pupils dilated instantly.
What caught the eye were two three-meter-tall seventh-level flying mutant zombies carrying a large iron cage and flying with their wings spread.
There was a level six mutant zombie standing above the big iron cage, flying towards their base quickly.
"Well, well, there seems to be a human in that iron cage."
"Ahhhh, run! There are mutant zombies coming to catch humans! Run!"
…
Chaos broke out on the high wall again, and the psychics fled in panic.
There were only soldiers, holding their weapons, forcing themselves to remain calm and wait for the zombies to enter the shooting range.
The C City Base Commander and Deputy Base Commander in the big iron cage had already covered their faces with their hands, not daring to let the survivors below see their faces.
How could they be so unlucky? Not only were they brought back in a big iron cage, but there were also so many people on the wall.
The three sixth-level psychics in the big iron cage immediately noticed something was wrong.
There were many mutant zombie corpses under the wall, and the soldiers were pointing their guns at them.
They didn't care about face, and waved their hands and shouted to the soldiers on the wall, "It's us, don't shoot, we're one of us."
"I...why do I hear Captain Gao's voice?"
A soldier holding a weapon suppressed his nervousness and asked the person next to him.
"I, I heard it too. I think he said something about one of our own people?"
A soldier with sweaty palms squinted his eyes and looked up at the sky, overjoyed, "It's really Captain Gao, and the base commander and deputy base commander and others."
Upon hearing this, the other soldiers bravely looked up.
Just then, a flying mutant zombie flew over them, and they clearly saw their base captain Wu in the big iron cage.
Base Captain Wu, who covered his face with his hands, wanted to find a hole in the ground to crawl into. He had never been so embarrassed before.
"Base Commander."
The captain of the soldiers quickly stepped forward, stood on the wall, and looked up at the large iron cage that was slowly lowered in front of them. He asked the base commander Wu inside in confusion, "You... why are you in the iron cage?"
After asking, he subconsciously tightened the weapon in his hand, guarding against the two three-meter-tall mutant zombies who placed the large iron cage on the wall, and his scalp tingled.
The soldiers behind him also felt their scalps tingling and dared not breathe.
The space-mutated zombie jumped down from the big iron cage, glanced at the soldiers, then took out the key and opened the big iron cage.
After unlocking the cage, it looked at Director Wu and the others in the big iron cage and laughed.
Captain Wu and his men wanted to tear its mouth apart.
Along the way, they were constantly mocked by this space-mutated zombie, and they were so angry that they vomited blood.
"Kiki... Base Commander, what's going on with these zombies?"
The psychics who had run halfway came back, hid behind the captain of the soldiers, and asked Base Captain Wu who had walked out of the big iron cage.
Base Captain Wu patted his clothes and said to them disdainfully, "This is Huoguang Base's courier service. You country bumpkins who have never seen the world."
"What...what? Express delivery?"
Everyone looked at each other, and then looked at the deputy base commander.
The deputy base commander stepped out of the large iron cage, adjusted his tie, and said calmly, "It's just the courier service for Firelight Base. Don't make a fuss."
Captain Gao and the others followed him out of the big iron cage and looked up at the sky.
They don't have the shamelessness of the base commander and deputy base commander, who can lie with their eyes open.
Because they all know that this express delivery does not deliver people, but only supplies.
Chu Fei thought they were troublesome, so he stuffed them into a big iron cage and let the flying mutant zombies throw them back.
But the psychics on the wall had no idea! They thought what the deputy base commander and his men said was true, and asked in surprise, "Is the Firelight Base so awesome that they use level 7 mutant zombies to deliver packages?"
"So is it true that they have supermarkets and hotels?"
The deputy base commander replied seriously, "It's all true. The Firelight Base is both prosperous and advanced. Even the capital city can't compare to it."
"Oh my god, is this true?"
"Is it true, Captain Gao?"
A person with special abilities looked at Captain Gao, who was leading the team to the Firelight Base, and asked urgently.
Captain Gao nodded. "The Firelight Base has no shortage of water, electricity, or supplies. It's no different from the end of the world."
"No, there are differences. They have robots, panels, and some weird props."
The others were confused and had no idea what it meant, but the robots understood.
"No wonder the first group of psychics left the base so cleanly."
Someone whispered, afraid that Base Chief Wu would hear it.
In fact, Base Chief Wu heard everything, but he was not angry.
After all, he himself wants to live in a place like the Firelight Base, let alone other people with special abilities.
He looked around and asked, "Have you seen a little fox?"
"Little fox?"
"Oh, that little girl."
"It went after the zombies."
The psychic said, pointing to the woods.
The second brother just happened to come back.
She was flying with a rope in her hand, and under the rope was a sixth-level mutant zombie that was tied up and gagged, making a mumbling sound as it was dragged along.
The captain following behind him blinked in confusion, looking confused as to who he was and where he was.
He originally wanted to help the second brother.
