Early the next morning.
"Not well yet?"
Ji's mother entered the kitchen and asked the servant who was making tonic.
The servant standing in front of the stove turned around immediately and said, "It will be ready soon, madam."
"Okay, okay, when it's ready, let me know immediately and I'll bring it upstairs."
"yes."
The servant took the order and turned back to continue making the tonic.
About half an hour later, the tonic was ready and Ji's mother carried it upstairs.
She came to the door of Ji Mei's room, asked the servant to knock on the door, and she was responsible for calling out, "Daughter! Are you up yet?"
Ji Mei was woken up after just falling asleep for less than two hours.
She opened her eyes and saw that it was already dawn outside the floor-to-ceiling window.
She tried to get up, but she gasped in pain.
She really underestimated the destructive power of the severe cold.
In the past, Yan Han didn't dare to attack her. He must have been enduring it. But last night, it was as if he was finally unleashed. Her waist was about to break.
"You continue to sleep, I'll go open the door."
Yanhan also woke up, got up, hurriedly put on his pajamas and walked quickly towards the door.
When he opened the door, he saw Ji's mother holding a bowl of black stuff that gave off a very strange smell.

Ji's mother's words were too direct, making Yan Han's ears red with embarrassment.
So, this is something like a tonic?

"Drink quickly, kid."
Ji's mother picked up the tonic and handed it to Yanhan, urging him to take it.
Yan Han wanted to explain that he didn't need to drink it, but before he could say anything, Ji's mother said, "Other people get pregnant on the first night of their wedding, but you've been together for nine years and haven't even seen a hair of your baby."
"Tell me the truth. Do you have any hidden illness? If so, let's go to an official hospital right away. We can't delay any longer."
Listening to Yan Han, I felt a little sad.
He doesn't have any hidden illness.
I used to think that the eldest lady didn't like him and wouldn't want his child, so I always took precautions.
Even if there was nothing he could do, he didn't dare to act recklessly and avoided it carefully.
Mother Ji didn't notice that Yan Han was in a bad mood, and handed the tonic to Yan Han again. "I bought this tonic from an old Chinese doctor not long after the end of the world. It's a good thing."
"If you still can't get pregnant after drinking this tonic, let's go to the official hospital."

Yan Han knew that Ji's mother meant well, so he picked up the bowl without refusing and drank all the tonic in one gulp.
Ji's mother smiled instantly, "That's right!"

"If you really don't understand, I'll come find you again."
How could Yan Han dare to agree? The young lady would kick him to death.
"Alright, alright, come on in! If you're hungry, come downstairs and get something to eat."
After saying this, Ji's mother happily closed the door and left, fearing that she would disturb Yanhan and the others from making a baby.
Yanhan listened to the footsteps going away and returned to the big bed.
Seeing his eldest daughter lying on the bed and sleeping soundly, Yanhan was in a trance for a moment.
In the past, he had to get up early in the morning and help his eldest daughter wash and dress in a businesslike manner. He had never been able to be so affectionate with her like today.
Ji Mei, who was a light sleeper, waited a long time for Yan Han to get on the bed. She opened her eyes tiredly and asked Yan Han, who was standing beside the bed and looking at her, in a hoarse voice, "Aren't you sleepy?"
The two of them didn't go to bed until five in the morning, and she didn't think Yan Han had gotten enough sleep.
He peeked at Yan Han who was caught, and asked, suppressing his burning ears, "Are you hungry? Do you want to eat something?"
"I'm not hungry. Lie back and go to sleep."
Ji Mei said this, pulling back the quilt with her eyes a little unable to open.
Yanhan's face turned red.
His eldest daughter was too plump, and the black lace nightgown could not cover her at all. Most of her body was exposed, and her long legs were also revealed under the nightgown.
He quickly lay down and pulled up the quilt to prevent his young lady from exposing herself.
The quilt was stuck to her neck, and Ji Mei felt uncomfortable. She opened her eyes and looked at Yan Han who was lying on his side facing her. She said to him, "You held on to me last night, so why are you shy now?"

The eldest lady spoke as bluntly as ever.
"Why, you want to deny it? You need me to check if it's still red."
“Cough cough cough…”
Yanhan choked on his own saliva, and this time his face really turned red.
He knew what he did last night.
Because this was the first time in the past nine years that he truly met his own eldest daughter, and he couldn't control himself at all.

Ji Mei took Yan Han's hand and placed it on her chest. "I am yours now. You don't need to be so cautious and fearful of your possessions."
Yan Han's nose turned sour after hearing this, but he still corrected her, "You are nothing."
"Of course I'm not a thing, but I am your thing."
"Only you, Yan Han, can do whatever you want to me. You can make me pregnant with your child and you can be the father of my child."
