Chapter 129 Christmas Extra

Chapter 129 Christmas Extra

When we came out of the Xavier School for Gifted Children, the plane to Wayne Manor had been waiting for us for a long time.

In the past two years, she spent Christmas in the Avengers Tower and Wakanda, but last year she stayed in school.

It is worth mentioning that Magneto’s pursuit of his cub finally achieved some success.

Because of Charles' active help (I couldn't bear to watch it), Magneto finally had the children he had always dreamed of.

Rong Huan, who called Wanda "Dad" for the first time, looked at Magneto, who was bewildered and lost, with amusement, and slipped away with Pietro to decorate the Christmas tree in the hall.

Ah Fu hadn't seen the little girl for half a month, so he came to pick her up in person.

He looked at Rong Huan kindly as she said goodbye to her classmates energetically, then stepped forward and took the light schoolbag.

Rong Huan's desire to share has been unusually strong recently, and she chattered non-stop with Ah Fu all the way.

The old housekeeper listened attentively while handing her the cookies she had packed before going out.

The plane quickly flew over New York and landed at Wayne Manor. Jason, wearing a thin sweater, came up to us and picked up Rong Huan and put her on the ground.

"If you don't come back soon, Damian will have snatched up all the cookies."

After hearing this, Rong Huan ran into the house without even standing still, and his mouth was not idle.

"Damian, how dare you cheat!"

In fact, Dick and Tim were also cheating. When they heard the angry shouting, the three of them immediately sat back on the sofa and pretended nothing happened.

Rong Huan glanced at the empty plate and smiled harmlessly.

"Didn't I say I'd wait for you to come back?"

Dick kicked Damian out.

“I saw him eat it.”

Damian grabbed Dick's face,

"There's still crumbs in the corner of Dickie Bird's mouth!"

Jason followed behind, laughing mercilessly.

"I think you guys have eaten it all."

"Shut up, little wing/stupid Todd!"

The two brothers shouted in unison; they had never been so in sync before.

Bruce walked out of the study, his abdominal muscles vaguely visible through his black turtleneck sweater.

He touched Rong Huan's head and led everyone to the kitchen, trying to prevent the little bat from betraying him.

At the Christmas family dinner, Ah Fu tried his best.

Lamb chops drizzled with delicious sauce are stacked on the exquisite plate, the turkey exudes a sweet aroma, and a variety of dishes fill the entire table, making people's mouths water.

There is no rule in the Wayne family that prohibits talking while eating or sleeping, mainly because the scene of the younger generation eating quietly will never appear.

Damian looked fierce and used his fork to stop Rong Huan who was about to take the last piece of lamb chop.

"Old rules! Whoever wins gets it!"

Rong Huan glared back and nodded confidently.

"Come on, rock, paper, scissors!"

The winner is decided in one round. Damian plays stone, while Rong Huan plays cloth.

Damian, who had never won a single game of rock-paper-scissors since Rong Huan suggested it, tried to cheat.

"Best of three."

Rong Huan pushed his fork away and transferred the lamb chops to her own plate.

"Don't try to shirk your responsibility, Damian. You can come back for another try on Night Watch later."

After dinner, a heavy snowstorm started to fall, and soon the ground turned silvery white.

There is still some time before the night patrol, and Damian, who refuses to admit defeat, wants to have another snowball fight.

In the huge garden, Jason and Rong Huan stood on one side, Damian and Dick stood on the opposite side, and Tim, who was holding a cup of coffee and sighing comfortably, volunteered to be the referee.

Jason moved swiftly, quickly grabbed a handful of snowballs, rolled them into a snowball, and threw them at Dick with all his strength.

Dick leaned slightly sideways, and the snowball brushed past his hip. He turned his hand and aimed the snowball at Rong Huan.

Rong Huan had become slimmer after the battle and easily dodged Dick's full-strength attack.

Then the distance suddenly turned and hit Damian on the head just before it was thrown at Dick.

Damian, with a head full of snow, had a gloomy expression on his face. He had a pile of snowballs in his arms, and his hands were doubled, throwing them one after another towards the two of them.

Rong Huan dodged left and right, and suddenly squatted down, and the snowball perfectly passed over her and fell into Tim's coffee cup.

Tim was yawning and didn't notice that the snowball hit him and splashed his beloved coffee all over his face.

Red Robin clenched his fists.

"Dickie Bird!"

Dick, who had been hit several times, was the best person to speak about how terrible an angry Tim was.

Jason made a powerful finishing move, and Damian jumped up and down to dodge the snowballs coming from all directions.

Rong Huan was panting with fatigue, and burst into laughter when she saw this scene. Bruce and Alfu were watching the four children on the second floor.

Ah Fu handed the tea to the old man.

"I suppose you are very happy now, right?"

Bruce withdrew his gaze, leaned back in his chair, and for a while the corners of his mouth slightly raised.

"Yeah, I'm happy."

Rong Huan failed to dodge and was knocked to the ground by the hard snowball thrown by Damian's group.

She lay on her back on the snow, snowflakes fluttering on her eyelashes, and the night was dark.

In my ears was Jason's laughter and Dick's cries for mercy as he was being chased.

That’s great, she thought.

I have a home.
