Upon hearing the words "ginseng tea," Gu Linchao snapped out of his reverie, a vein throbbing on his forehead. Just as he was about to say something, Wen Nongnong immediately added, "Your Highness, rest assured, I used fewer ginseng slices this time, so the flavor is very mild."

He didn't want to lie to Nong Nong, but this matter was of great importance. A Tuo Jiang Hua was now a Noble Consort, and Xiao Yan was still the Emperor's elder. The relationship was too complicated, and if it were to spread, it would not benefit anyone.
