Noticing his cold gaze, Lü Qiao felt a chill run down her spine. "W-what's wrong?"
Si Yi's dark eyes closed slightly, and he remained silent.

After walking for an unknown amount of time, Lü Qiao's legs were aching, but Si Yi still didn't stop. Afraid of slowing her down, she didn't utter a sound. However, no matter how hard she tried to grit her teeth and persevere, her pace slowed down.
Watching the boy walk further and further away, Lü Qiao felt very flustered. She wanted to call out to him several times, but she was too embarrassed to speak.
She was afraid that Si Yi would think she was a burden.
She tried to quicken her pace, but still lost track of Si Yi.
