Si Lan blinked, took his arm, and shook her head. "It's nothing."
Si Luo paused, glanced in the direction she had returned from, and asked, "Did you go to the Su family?"
"Yes, I'm going to see Qianqian." Si Lan nodded, then said with a smile, "Mrs. Su is so hospitable, I spent the whole day at their house."
The brother and sister talked as they walked inside.
"How is Su Qianqian's injury?" Si Luo asked casually.
“According to Qianqian herself, the pain has eased somewhat, but the injury is still swollen,” Si Lan replied, then added, “I have to go to the Su family tomorrow.”
Si Luo glanced at her, hesitated for a moment, and asked, "Isn't it a bit inappropriate to keep going to people's houses?"
Si Lan nodded, "I know, but Qianqian was injured and bored by herself, so she insisted that I go and keep her company. I didn't refuse, and Madam Su was very enthusiastic, so I agreed."
Upon hearing this, Si Luo didn't say anything more, knowing that his sister was a sensible person.
After having dinner together, the brother and sister sat and talked for a while before going back to their rooms to rest.
