Jiang Wanwan had a bad feeling, and sure enough, when she arrived at the village, she realized how outrageous it was. This was not a village at all, but a deserted village with no people in sight. Several houses were constantly losing their plaster and looked like they were about to collapse, even more dangerous than dilapidated buildings.
Everyone looked at each other, surprised.
"Alright everyone, stop making those sour faces. This is going to air, so cheer up," the director said gleefully.
Among the celebrities who came, there were four men and three women. Apart from Jiang Wanwan, who was only moderately popular, the other two were rising stars, Feng Ziruo and Li Yiyi, who were also the main draws for the show.
Feng Ziruo is tall and slender with bright red lips, wavy hair, and a very elegant demeanor. Li Yiyi, on the other hand, is the opposite. She is petite and delicate with a soft voice and a very cute appearance.
Among the four male guests, besides three celebrities, there was also a non-celebrity.
The man was wearing black shorts and sneakers, and his white mask covered his entire face, revealing only a pair of deep eyes. Jiang Wanwan narrowed her eyes, feeling that this man looked somewhat familiar.

"No way! You're all laughing at her!" she snorted, which made everyone laugh.
She glanced at the two male celebrities, smiled, and said, "Only children make choices. I want them both, isn't that great, director?"
“Of course…” Before she could even feel happy, the director’s eyebrows shot up. “No, that’s against the rules. All three of you are out early today. By the way, the punishment for not completing the mission is that you won’t get any dinner tonight.”
"Ugh, what's going on!" Li Yiyi stomped her foot in dissatisfaction. Then, she rolled her eyes and pointed at the ordinary person. "I think I'll team up with him then."
Both male celebrities were somewhat disappointed. They teamed up with Li Yiyi not because she was particularly beautiful. To be honest, among the three, the only one who was considered beautiful was Jiang Wanwan, who was known as a "pretty face" in the industry. It was just that Li Yiyi was currently very popular, and they could get some exposure by associating with her. Thinking of this, they looked at the ordinary person wearing a mask with some dissatisfaction.

"Alright, alright, now all four groups, come up and get your mission cards," the director said with a smile, taking out a prop box.
"Are you going or should I go?" Jiang Wanwan asked the man beside her who was much taller and had a very straight posture.
The man stared at her with his deep eyes for a long time, making Jiang Wanwan feel uncomfortable. Where did this strange person come from?
Seemingly sensing her discomfort, the man looked away, waved his hand, and gestured for her to go.
Jiang Wanwan stepped forward. Everyone had drawn their slips of paper, leaving only the last one.
"Mountain and forest adventure: Reach the marked point within the time limit and collect food. (Map attached...)"
Each group received different map markers.
Jiang Wanwan looked at the markers above; each one was incredibly far from here. The only saving grace was that it was still morning.
Her lips twitched. For a homebody like her who never exercises and stays in her bedroom whenever she's not working, cross-country running is no easy task.
"The allotted time is three hours. If you exceed three hours and don't bring the food back, even if you find it, I will confiscate it. Ready, set, action!" The director blew his whistle loudly.
"Please, it's so far, three hours, how could we possibly carry food back and forth!" Li Yiyi pouted.
"If we don't act now, we'll go hungry! Friendly reminder: not every marker has food. Good luck, everyone!" The director smiled very "friendly."
As Jiang Wanqing pondered, she suddenly noticed the time was wrong. The car had been traveling for half an hour, and the bar was clearly very close to home. How could they not be home yet? It should have taken twenty minutes. Even if the driver wanted to take a detour, it shouldn't have taken this long, especially since there was no traffic jam.
"Driver? Did you take the wrong road?" She was mostly sober now, but the driver didn't respond at all. She was so scared that she quickly called Ye Yinqiu, but for some reason, her phone suddenly had no signal and she couldn't make the call.
Holding up my phone, I tried to take a picture, looking towards the driver. The driver was a stranger, his face completely calm. Was this a murder or a kidnapping? A bad feeling suddenly welled up in my mind.
