Qi Yu led the group to the edge of a place where a towering tree stood, its branches blocking out the sun. Below it was a dark riverbed. The tree was completely dry, and its dark branches looked particularly eerie. The aura emanating from the vicinity was strange to the dragons, as this was the place where the dragons imprisoned humans.
"Is Your Highness really here?" Long Shang couldn't help but question. This was the place where the dragon clan bought and sold slaves. Only dragons of lower status would do so here. It was practically a stinking ditch. Normally, they, as members of the management, would never enter it. Qi Yu didn't have time to explain so much to them.
He jumped directly down from the high place, using the trees as stepping stones to leap towards the dark hole beneath the tree. He took a few steps in mid-air and walked directly to the entrance of the hole. The guards at the entrance saw Qi Yu and immediately stopped him with their spears. "Halt! Please show your identification. Without identification, this is a restricted area of the Dragon Clan and entry is prohibited."
Long Shang followed, and seeing the guards blocking his way, he coughed a few times. Upon seeing this, the guards immediately became respectful, "Lord Long Shang, you've arrived. Please come in."
"The king is right in front of you, you must be blind." The dragon looked at the guards angrily. Then the guards led the group inside smoothly. As soon as they entered, there was a huge arena, surrounded by beasts of various races. In the middle of the arena, a huge beast was pouncing on a very small child.
As soon as they arrived at the amusement park, the arena master hurriedly greeted them, "Lord Dragon, you've arrived! It's an exciting moment right now. There's a child inside who ran here a few days ago and we caught him. That child is quite formidable; he's just a mere human, yet he possesses the divine realm. We almost failed to capture him. Before the shopkeeper could finish speaking, Qi Yu rushed forward. The giant beast had already bitten the child's neck, and the crowd cheered loudly, seemingly celebrating this amusing scene. Qi Yu didn't care at all and attacked directly. His whole body flashed with golden light, and there was a gasp from the crowd. When the shopkeeper saw this stranger rushing over, he shouted repeatedly to stop him, "Don't go! It's dangerous there. That's no ordinary magical beast."
Qi Yu had already rushed forward. Seeing this, Long Shang understood almost everything. As the cane hit the ground, a powerful burst of spiritual energy shot out, directly towards the demonic beast. The beast's mouth exploded. Then, the cane hit the ground again, and the demonic beast's entire body exploded. Blood stained the entire arena crimson, and even those sitting nearby were splattered with blood. "Truly audacious," Long Shang's voice echoed throughout the arena. This bloody and terrifying scene chilled everyone to the bone.
"Welcome, Your Majesty the Dragon."
The sensible beast immediately knelt down, and the previously cheering crowd instantly became extremely quiet. Looking at the scene below, the dragon saw that at the most dangerous moment, the child clearly shone with golden light, which was the aura of royalty that had been passed down.
Qi Yu hugged Xuan Yuan Ying, "Ying'er, your father has come." Xuan Yuan Ying was covered in blood, but when he saw Qi Yu, he couldn't help but smile, "Father, you've finally come. Long Shang immediately came to the center of the arena and carefully looked at the weak Xuan Yuan Ying. "It's good that Your Highness is alright. Your Majesty, rest assured, I will give you an explanation." Qi Yu was already very tired and did not want to get entangled any further.
"Arrest the owner of the animal farm, investigate him after some time. Let that child come with me and become His Highness's maid." After saying this, Qi Yu walked towards the cage. The guard beside him hurriedly stepped forward and handed him the key. "Your Majesty, please use it." Qi Yu took the key, glanced at the guard, then opened the cage and said to the little girl, "Let's go, I'll take you away. You'll never encounter this again." Qi Yu called out with a smile. The child was a little uncertain, her eyes were still darting around, and she shrank back, but she still took a step forward and slowly walked out.
"Alright." Qi Yu then led the child and left with a dragon elder. The entire beast arena was silent. Who knew such a thing would happen today? It seems that things are about to change here. Ninth Elder Long Bai was personally overseeing things, and a group of guards quickly tied up the arena master. Everyone in the arena sighed. After they arrived backstage, everyone left the beast arena one by one. It seems there won't be any interesting scenes today.
