Chapter 72 can be considered a contemporary Lu Ban (a legendary master carpenter).

Even though it gets light late, Su Yun'er still gets up early to make tofu pudding so as not to affect her stall's opening hours.

Last night before going to bed, Su Yun'er took another refreshing bath in her space, completely relieving the fatigue of the day.

"Mom, are you going to sell tofu pudding at the stall today too?" Little Grass rubbed her eyes, still sleepy, and leaned against the window.

My mother was so tired when she came home last night that she could barely keep her eyes open, so how come she's so energetic this morning?

"Yes, if Mom doesn't sell tofu pudding, what will we eat?"

I have to set up my stall today no matter what. This is the first time I'm using the cart to sell tofu pudding. It's a new item, and I need to get used to it and try it out before I can find out where I need to adjust or modify it.

Especially the newly added carports and passenger tents need to be tested to see if they work well. If they don't work well or don't keep you warm enough, you need to quickly replace them with new windproof materials. Otherwise, if you encounter a big drop in temperature, it will cause a lot of trouble.

After rinsing the soy milk with the gypsum water, Su Yun'er went to Guangcai's house to pick up the car and tent while it was sitting.

It must be said that carpenter Guangcai's craftsmanship is truly excellent. His workmanship is impeccable, and he takes great care of the details. The entire cart has been sanded, making the surface smooth and fluid to the touch, without any splinters that could prick your hands. It has also been painted, making it waterproof and oil-proof.

Furthermore, all components have been specially designed for easy disassembly, assembly, and transport.

When the canopy is unfolded, it completely covers the entire cart, leaving enough space for two people to move around and prepare meals under the canopy. When it is folded up, the fabric and support rods are tightly folded and stored under the cart, without taking up space on top of the cart.

Like the canopy, the tent can be folded up and stored in the storage compartment under the cart after being taken down. There are also loose wooden planks of varying sizes that can be pieced together; some fit neatly into the four corners of the cart, while others can be combined to form a single cover to hold items underneath. This makes very efficient use of all the space inside and outside the cart. Once the tent and planks are set up, it can comfortably accommodate twenty to thirty people for a meal.

Although all of these things together are quite heavy, they are well-designed so that Su Yun'er can easily pull them by herself.

After settling the bill, Su Yun'er had just returned home with her cart when she saw He Liu walking towards her from another direction, carrying some things in her hands.

"Her aunt is here." Old Mrs. Chen also got up and greeted He Liu. "Her mother has prepared breakfast. Let's have some together."

"Oh my, what delicious food is this? It smells so good. I've already eaten, but the aroma is making me hungry again."

"It's nothing good, just pork lard soup noodles. Have another bowl, Auntie, or it'll be cold outside." Su Yun'er pulled He Liu inside to eat.

In the bowl, oil and scallions floated on the light soy sauce-colored broth, and the clean white noodles nestled quietly beneath the oil. Steam rose from the surface of the bowl, and it looked and smelled delicious.

"How are these noodles made?" He Liu took a sip of the noodle soup. The soup was salty from the soy sauce at first, followed by the rich aroma of lard, and then a slightly sweet aftertaste. It was delicious!

"When the noodles are almost cooked, ladle out a bowl of hot noodle soup, dissolve a piece of lard and soy sauce in it, then put the cooked noodles in, and that's it." Su Yun'er had added soy sauce and lard to each bowl before leaving, so Old Mrs. Chen only needed to cook the noodles. "Eat quickly, Auntie, we still need to load the truck after we finish eating."

After finishing a bowl of hot noodle soup, He Liu felt incredibly comfortable and soothed from head to toe.

Every time I eat Su Yun'er's cooking, I feel a sense of comfort that is hard to describe.

Having eaten their fill, they had even more energy to work.

The two of them worked together to move everything they needed for setting up their stall onto the cart. The layout of the cart, which Su Yun'er had personally designed, was surprisingly ingenious in that it neatly accommodated all the items.

Su Yun'er stood on the side of the cart that she was operating, memorizing every step and practicing each placement on the cart. From ordering and paying to serving tofu pudding, adding seasonings, and serving rice, the flow of movement was flawless.

Su Yun'er was very satisfied; everything was exactly as she had planned in her design.

"This carpenter from Guangcai is truly skilled; he's a modern-day Lu Ban!" Su Yun'er couldn't help but praise.

He Liu accompanied Su Yun'er as they pulled the cart toward the dock.

But she hesitated and stammered the whole way, and didn't say anything. In the end, Su Yun'er couldn't help but ask her.

"Auntie, is something the matter?" Su Yun'er asked curiously.
