Jiang Ling smiled and patted the bamboo tube slung over her shoulder, saying to the tall, thin constable, "It's right here. Yesterday you accidentally spilled the mint water, which inspired me to make some improvements."

"Sister-in-law, you are so skillful! No wonder you were able to raise such a bright young master!"
After hearing this, Jiang Ling covered her mouth and laughed, saying politely, "What young master? You flatter my Yaojie too much. I'm just a village woman who can't read a single word. How could I possibly raise an outstanding son? It's all thanks to your kind words!"

Jiang Ling inquired briefly about Jiang Yaojie's current situation, and only after hearing the tall, thin constable say that everything was fine did she feel relieved.
After thanking him, Jiang Ling got into Uncle Lu's oxcart and headed towards Lu Family Village.
As they approached Lujia Village, the expressions of the group, who had been chatting and laughing, froze on their faces. Lu Bo, in particular, was stunned for a few seconds before suddenly throwing down his whip, jumping off the carriage, and speeding off toward Lujia Village.
