Chapter 249 is hilarious!

Ta Xue was being driven by Nan Xing. When they reached the official road, Nan Xing had already pulled on the reins to slow Ta Xue down, but Ta Xue was a bit too fast and couldn't stop. Once on the official road, it saw other people's tall, white horses and neighed at them twice, causing them to veer straight into a ditch.

Seeing this, Nanxing quickly pulled the brakes and forcibly stopped the carriage. In that short time, several young men in tight-fitting clothes had surrounded them with swords drawn. The men looked at the red horse and the green donkey, their faces twisted for a moment, but they forced themselves to remain calm.

The leading, cold-faced young guard reprimanded him.

"How dare you! You rode your horses recklessly on the official road and injured my master! You will pay with your lives!"

Zhou Yi and the others also gathered around when they saw this.

Nanxing knew he was in the wrong and secretly regretted not keeping a close eye on Taxue, so he apologized first.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't keep a close eye on the carriage. I apologize!"

"Your apology to me is useless; it depends on whether my master will spare you!"

The guard said arrogantly

"Get down and come with me."

Seeing that the other party was difficult to talk to, and thinking that he had caused trouble, he could simply apologize himself, so he readily agreed.

"Then I'll go with you!"

"But this has nothing to do with my master. I was the one who drove the car. I'll go apologize!"

After saying that, he was about to get out of the car and go with them.

Xie Yushu, who was in the carriage, learned what had happened. She opened the window and saw that the carriage was still overturned in the ditch. Several guards in black tight-fitting clothes had just pulled a young man in a scarlet brocade robe out of it. Fearing that someone might be injured, Xie Yushu also opened the carriage door, wanting to go and take a look.

However, the victims acted faster than them. As soon as Xie Yushu got out of the car, she saw a young master in brocade robes, his eyes blazing with anger, covering his forehead with one hand and holding a whip in the other, walking over menacingly!

Seeing that the situation was not good, Nanxing and Zhou Yi secretly prepared their formation, and the enemy's guards also prepared to make their move at the same time.

When the young master saw the adorably silly Ta Xue and Ben Ben looking at him curiously, he couldn't help but burst out laughing.

"Pfft, hahahahaha, haha, whose stupid horse is this, and that stupid donkey too, hahaha, I'm dying of laughter..."

Who knows if Ta Xue understood? She shook her head unhappily and snorted, which made the young master laugh even harder. Xie Yushu and the others were speechless. Did he have such a low threshold for laughter?

Before Xie Yushu and the others could say anything, the young master's face turned pale as he laughed, he dropped the whip he was holding, grabbed his clothes instead, and fell to the ground.

His group of guards immediately panicked and rushed over. Some patted his back, while others fed him medicine. However, the young master was still breathing heavily and looked like he was in pain. In just a short while, his lips turned blue, and he looked like he was about to die!

Xie Yushu was shocked. No way, this is hilarious!

Despite his thoughts, his body acted faster than his mind, and he immediately pushed forward to check the situation.

"How dare you! What are you trying to do!"

"I'm a doctor. He has a heart condition. If you don't want him to die, shut up!"

Get out of the way!

Xie Yushu suddenly spoke sharply, and the guards began to believe her somewhat, asking hesitantly.

"Can you really save my master?"

"I don't know, but do you have any other ideas?"

Seeing his master roll his eyes, the guard didn't care about anything else and had no choice but to give up his seat.

Before leaving, he didn't forget to threaten Xie Yushu.

"If anything happens to my master, every one of us will be buried with him!"

Xie Yushu had no time to pay attention to him. She took out the heart-saving pills she had made and put two into the young master's mouth. She also put a handkerchief into his mouth to prevent him from biting his tongue.

Heart disease patients are most vulnerable to cold. This young master was probably furious and came out to settle scores with them. He wasn't even wearing a cloak, and the cold only worsened his condition. The already confused man instinctively clung tightly to Xie Yushu's arm.

While instructing her guards to bring over the brazier, Xie Yushu moved the young master into her carriage, laid him flat, and positioned his head to ensure unobstructed breathing.

Then she covered him with a quilt from the car, and seeing that he was still somewhat conscious, Xie Yushu comforted him in a gentle tone.

"Don't be nervous. The medicine I just gave you is specifically for this kind of illness. Don't think about anything, just relax and breathe, and you'll be fine soon!"

When the nitroglycerin pill in his mouth was almost dissolved, I gave him two more, plus a calming pill.

Fortunately, both medicines worked well, and after a while, the young master's heartbeat became less rapid, and his breathing gradually stabilized.

After all that fuss, I immediately became listless and just wanted to doze off!

His guards had already brought over the boiler and cloak. Xie Yushu laid the quilt on him, covered him with his own cloak, and placed the boiler next to him before finally letting out a sigh of relief.

If someone were to die laughing because of her horse, putting aside whether she would have to pay for it, she would really feel guilty!

After this whole mess, there's no way to leave now. People are going to the ditch to lift the carriage, and Zhou Yi and the others are going to help. Xie Yushu can only stay here and wait for things to calm down before making any decisions.

The carriage wasn't damaged, though. It was a luxurious nanmu wood carriage, sturdy as it was, but incredibly heavy. It took a lot of effort to get it up there, but all the things inside had been thrown out and scattered all over the ground.

Looking at the large, wide, and inlaid jade carriage, Xie Yushu knew that the guy who almost died laughing must be of extremely noble status. She turned her head and carefully examined him. His whole body exuded the four words: delicate and precious!

With dragon-like eyebrows and phoenix-like eyes, long eyelashes, and a natural smile, she truly embodies the phrase "face like a jade plate and body like a jade tree"!

Come to think of it, even the way he came to settle scores with her just now, whip in hand and rubbing his forehead, was quite a sight to behold.

Okay, she's a looks-obsessed person; good looks really do have many advantages!

If it were someone with shifty eyes and a sneaky look, she might not think that way!

Xie Yushu was lost in thought, imagining him as a shifty-eyed man, when the young master slowly opened his eyes.

The young master had just recovered when he opened his eyes and saw Xie Yushu looking at him with a strange smile. He knew she was up to no good, so he sat up abruptly and slapped Xie Yushu across the face.

Xie Yushu reacted quickly, grabbing his hand and twisting it behind his back, pressing him forward, and then kicking him away.

The series of movements were so fluid and seamless that the person who was still trying to hit someone was sent flying and landed face down in the snow!

The guards outside the carriage were stunned to see their master suddenly fly out and land on the snow. They couldn't believe he'd been kicked out; they thought he'd tripped and fallen. They rushed over and scooped him up.

"Master, are you alright? It's all my fault for neglecting my duty and not noticing you were about to come out!"

Just as the young master was about to get angry, he suddenly realized how humiliating it was to be kicked out. He gritted his teeth and kept quiet, shaking off the guards and climbing back into the carriage.
