"Actually, our preliminary diagnosis is that you have uterine fibroids. You should discuss with your family whether you want to have it removed this time."
"That's it?" Tao Xiaoxi was shocked. She thought it was an incurable disease!
"That's it." The doctor said and went out.
Tao Xiaoxi naturally knew what uterine fibroids were. They were the most common benign tumor of the female reproductive organs and one of the most common tumors in the human body. They were also called fibroids or uterine fibroids. If they weren't large, they were fine. If they were large, surgery would be enough. The doctors here were truly frightening, terrifying.
But when Li Nanshan heard this, it was a different picture. He thought it was a serious illness just because he heard that she needed surgery, not to mention that the disease was in his wife's body. He first comforted Xiaoxi, and then went to the doctor's office.
The doctor saw him and asked him to sit down and talk. Li Nanshan said he didn't want to sit down, as he wanted to know whether the operation was necessary.

"I'll call Brother Shang and let Manman stay at his place for a few days."

Tao Xiaoxi walked over to tease him, but heard him say the three words "uterine cancer".
Subconsciously, she held her breath and leaned against the wall. Li Nanshan called Nan Qiu and asked her to help contact the hospital in the provincial capital, saying that if the hospital here didn't work, he would take her back to see a doctor.
So, she doesn't have uterine fibroids, but uterine cancer?
This is so fucking dramatic.
Tao Xiaoxi staggered back to the ward, holding on to the wall. She didn't even hear the nurse who came after her to give her medicine.
When Li Nanshan returned to the ward, Tao Xiaoxi was lying with her back to him. He tucked the quilt in for her and when he sat down, he found an extra pill on the bedside.
It was clearly not there when I just left, so when did you get it?
Tao Xiaoxi stayed awake all night. She kept thinking that this was unscientific. How could she not feel anything about uterine cancer? That was cancer. Even if it didn't hurt to death, it would be unbearable. But she only had occasional abdominal pain, dizziness, and chills. This was unscientific.
So after thinking about it all night, she figured it out. She had to ask, why didn't Li Nanshan say anything because he was afraid that she would be scared, and why didn't the doctor say anything?
Early in the morning, Tao Xiaoxi got up with dark circles under her eyes. Coincidentally, Li Nanshan also woke up with dark circles under his eyes.
"Didn't you sleep well?" Tao Xiaoxi asked knowingly.
Li Nanshan dodged, "Very good, how about you, how do you feel?"

"What's wrong?" Li Nanshan asked nervously, and tried to check his wife up and down.
Tao Xiaoxi smiled, somewhat bitterly, "What time does the doctor come for rounds?"
"Eight o'clock." Li Nanshan said.
"No, I can't wait." Tao Xiaoxi looked at the time. It was only six o'clock.
"What can't you wait for?" Li Nanshan asked.
Tao Xiaoxi looked at him, the blue circle on his chin and the beard growing out, "Go shave it, I'll go find a doctor."
"Why do you want to see a doctor? He hasn't started work yet." Li Nanshan said.
"Li Nanshan, have you forgotten that I am also a doctor? Although I don't know everything, I still know the most basic common sense. If I have a terminal illness, will I not feel anything?" Tao Xiaoxi said this calmly.
Li Nanshan was shocked. "Don't talk nonsense. It's just a tumor."
"I also suspect it's just a tumor, so I seriously suspect they've misdiagnosed it. I need to talk to the doctor."
"When did you know?" Li Nanshan finally realized.
"Last night, when you were talking to Nan Qiu on the phone." Tao Xiaoxi did not hide anything.

Tao Xiaoxi disliked the hospital cafeteria, so she dragged Li Nanshan to a breakfast shop outside and ordered two bowls of seafood porridge and a fried dough stick. She split the dough stick in half, putting half in her bowl and the other half in Li Nanshan's.
"I don't know what Manman is going to eat in the morning." Tao Xiaoxi said casually while scooping porridge.
