Zhou Linzhao was so excited that he almost burst into tears. The past six months had been incredibly difficult for him. He had fled from Jiancheng to Shangjing, and then all the way south from Shangjing. Some of his family members had died, and others had been scattered.
When he was in Nanzhou Prefecture, he thought that his life would end up being a slave in the Yu family manor. Unexpectedly, he met people who had already settled down there.
He hesitated for a moment before saying, "I am from Sword City."
Upon hearing the name Jiancheng again, Zhang was somewhat dazed. After a long while, she slapped her thigh and said with a smile, "No wonder this place sounds so familiar. My nephew and several young men from the village studied at Jiancheng Academy."
Zhou Linzhao's eyes lit up. "Auntie, I'm also a student at Jiancheng Academy."

Instead of immediately announcing Lin Yiheng and Dao Fuzi's names, Zhang casually said, "Wait here for a moment, I'll call someone out."
She found a fast-moving bodyguard, whispered a few words in his ear, and the bodyguard started running into the city.
When he returned, Zhang saw that he had finished eating the porridge in his bowl and was carefully licking it clean, so she scraped the porridge from the bottom of the bucket for him.
When Zhang led the people back to collect the buckets, they saw Lin Yiheng, Lin Yuanzhi, and a few others supporting the Taoist priest as they headed towards the main gate.
Lin Yiheng asked, "Second Aunt, where is Zhou Linzhao?"
“He’s right outside the city gate. Don’t go out. There are too many people and too much gossip outside. Just call him in,” Zhang suggested.
"Second Aunt is right."
So Lin Yiheng gave an order to the guards at the gate, and then stood inside the city gate with the others to wait.
