Mu Jin and Nangong Min stood quietly in the herb field, embracing each other for a long time. In the end, Mu Jin laughed out loud first, feeling embarrassed.
"Min, how long are you going to carry me? My legs are getting numb from standing."
Nangong Min then released Mu Jin somewhat embarrassed. He quickly squatted down and gestured for Mu Jin to lie on his back so that he could carry her.

As they walked, Nangong Min suddenly asked, "Ajin? Are you asleep?"
"No."
Do you like Shennong Mountain?
"fine."
"How about we come back and stay for a few days every year from now on?"
Mu Jin could easily tell that Nangong Min planned to elope with her after inheriting the position of sect leader.
However, he was often preoccupied with trivial matters within the sect, so he had to frequently return to the Nangong Divine Sect to handle sect affairs.

Mu Jin woke up once in the middle of the night, and when she opened her eyes and saw Nangong Min's sleeping face, she was slightly stunned.
Even when Nangong Min was asleep, his slightly furrowed brows seemed to be entangled in endless worries, and this subtle expression also revealed the unease hidden deep in his heart.
Mu Jin watched for a while, and eventually fell asleep.
When Mu Jin woke up again, she found herself lying on a bed in the courtyard of the Nangong Shenzong sect. The unfamiliar surroundings startled her.
Morning light filtered through the thin curtains, bathing her in warmth. Lost in thought, she recalled the wonderful time she had spent with Nangong Min in the herb field the previous night.
She remembered that they strolled through the medicinal herb field under the cover of night, the herbs emitting a faint fragrance.
They sat in the ancient tree, gazing up at the brilliant starry sky, as if the whole world had stood still. The scene was so beautiful that she couldn't help but feel like she was in a dream.
But those things really happened, so how could she treat them as a dream?
Mu Jin sat up gently, changed her clothes, washed up, and then opened the door.
In the courtyard, Mu Jin saw Su Yi sitting at the stone table, having breakfast.
Seeing that Mu Jin was awake, Su Yi greeted her with a smile.
"You're awake? Come and have breakfast."
Mu Jin walked towards Su Yi and said coldly, "You still dare to come over?"
Su Yi shamelessly replied, "Yesterday I was the one who was injured by you, not the other way around. What's there to be afraid of?"
Mu Jin snorted coldly, sat down next to Su Yi on the stone bench, and ultimately said nothing more.
Mu Jin picked up a steamed bun and ate it with the thin porridge.
Su Yi felt a little uneasy seeing that Mu Jin wasn't picking a fight with him but was quietly eating her breakfast. He tried to make conversation.
"Why did you sleep so late? Where did you and Nangong Min go last night?"
Mu Jin shot her a glare: "You're spying on me?"
Upon hearing Mu Jin's reply, Su Yi's smiling face turned serious, and he frowned, saying, "You really went out?"
Hearing Su Yi say this, Mu Jin realized that Su Yi was trying to extort her. She stopped talking and just slowly ate her breakfast. What flashed through her mind was what Nangong Min had said last night.
"Ah Jin, believe me. When it's dawn, I'll go and ask Ling'er to go with me to ask Grandmother to rescind her decision. Grandmother will definitely agree."
Thinking of this, she lowered her eyes slightly, pondering whether Nangong Min could persuade Bai Ling'er to go to Nangong Yun's place with Nangong Min to annul the engagement today.
"I'm asking you! Did you really go out with Nangong Min last night?"
Mu Jin found Su Yi a bit noisy.
"Whether I go out or not is none of your business. Is it any of your concern?"
Su Yi retorted irritably, "No, the marriage between Nangong Min and Bai Ling'er is a done deal. Do you really want to share a husband with her?"
Mu Jin watched Su Yi jump up and down in anger, but found it somewhat amusing. She put on a serious face and said earnestly.
"Isn't it normal for multiple women to serve one husband in this world? What's so strange about it?"
"You, King Yi, are allowed to have a whole bunch of women outside, but Young Master Nangong can't have two women serving one husband? What kind of logic is that?"
"No! My situation is different from Nangong Min's, so they cannot be compared."
Mu Jin said indifferently, "Anyway, I'm happy to share a husband with Bai Ling'er, so mind your own business."
