Chapter 188 Bastard

Mu Jin looked puzzled as the guard ran off faster than a rabbit before he could even respond.

However, when Mu Jin thought of Su Yi in the room in front of her and recalled the scene of being knocked unconscious by that demon, her anger flared up again.

She lifted her dress and kicked open the door. She yelled, "Su Yi, you bastard, get out here right now!"

But when Mu Jin kicked the door open, she was surprised to see Su Yi, his face ashen, sitting at his desk, staring at the group of guards kneeling in front of him.

The guards were startled by the sudden sound of the door being kicked open. They couldn't help but think, "Who's so reckless as to dare call their master a bastard?"

Just as they were waiting to see Su Yi fly into a rage, they saw him look towards the door, and his ashen face turned to joy.

"Ah Jin, you're awake?"

Upon hearing this, the guards exchanged glances, hesitated for a moment, and then secretly turned to look at the person entering through the door.

When everyone saw that the newcomer was a woman of such stunning beauty, they couldn't help but secretly gasp.

That day, they caught a glimpse of someone being carried onto the boat by Ling Feng beside the heavily injured Su Yi. The person was draped in Su Yi's cloak, which covered him completely and made him airtight.

They treated it as if it were a precious jewel, as if they were afraid someone would see it and snatch it away.

Thinking back now, the person who was wrapped up so tightly that day was none other than the legendary Miss Mu, their future princess.

Thinking of this, the Moon Shadow Guards, who had been kneeling on the ground and secretly complaining just a moment ago, were now secretly glad that their savior had finally arrived.

Su Yi's punishment this time made them feel very wronged. They were all grown men, so what was wrong with speaking a little louder? They had never seen their master be so harsh on them before.

However, when they saw Mu Jin scolding Su Yi in front of everyone, and Su Yi not only wasn't angry but was visibly delighted, they suddenly understood.

Their master was afraid they would disturb the future princess in front of him.

Seeing the guards staring blankly at Mu Jin, Su Yi couldn't help but suppress his smile.

"Get out of here!" Su Yi glared at them.

The guards immediately left the room with a sigh of relief.

If Mu Jin had known there were so many people inside the room, she certainly wouldn't have done it this way.

But then she thought about it again, and realized that every time she encountered Su Yi, she couldn't help but get angry at him. She was just like those pretentious young women in their boudoirs.

Thinking that in the real world, she was a special agent and an actor, and that playing along and enduring humiliation were commonplace for her, why did she repeatedly lose her composure when it came to Su Yi?

Thinking of this, Mu Jin couldn't help but get angry at herself again. After thinking for a moment, she decided not to cause trouble for Su Yi and turned to leave with the guards.

As Mu Jin walked, she thought to herself that it was best not to waste any more words with Su Yi. If things went wrong, he might knock her unconscious again, delaying her trip to find Su Yuntian, which would be a loss.

She considered that once the boat got closer to the riverbank, she would jump into the river and leave, since she could swim anyway.

Having made his plans, Mu Jin turned and went back to his room to check the situation outside the window. However, just as he pushed open the door and was about to close it, Su Yi blocked the door from closing.

Upon seeing that Su Yi had followed, Mu Jin's anger flared up again.

"open!"

Su Yi leaned against the door, looking at her with a half-smile.

"I won't let go!"

Mu Jin believed that being a rogue was a skill, and that no one in the world could compare to Su Yi in this regard.

"You knocked me unconscious, and you still dare to come looking for me!"

Su Yi stepped into Mu Jin's room, touched his nose, and said, "Then I, the King, would like to apologize to Ah Jin."

Although Su Yi said sorry, his expression showed no remorse, clearly indicating that he had done nothing wrong.

Mu Jin looked at Su Yi with displeasure and asked, "How long was I unconscious?"

"Two days!"

"You slept for two days? You dare to drug me?"

Mu Jin glared angrily at Su Yi, who quickly tried to explain.

"No, it's just some calming incense, which will only benefit your health and will definitely not cause any harm."

"How far is this place from Black Bear Mountain?"

Upon hearing about Black Bear Mountain, Su Yi knew that Mu Jin had not given up on searching for Su Yuntian, and the smile that had just appeared on his lips slowly disappeared.

He looked at Mu Jin without saying a word.

Mu Jin frowned and looked at Su Yi: "I'm asking you, how far is it from here to Black Bear Mountain?"

Su Yi still didn't reply.

Mu Jin was still resentful of Su Yi's rudeness towards her on the mountain and had no intention of speaking to him properly again.

Mu Jin turned to walk towards the door, but Su Yi grabbed her, closed the door, and carried her to the bed.

Su Yi tossed Mu Jin onto the bed, quickly wrapped her tightly in the blanket, making her look like a ball, and then pressed her down onto the bed. Mu Jin couldn't move at all.

"Bastard! Let me go!" Mu Jin cursed at Su Yi.

"Ah Jin, you better behave yourself."

Su Yi, however, was unconvinced: "With me here, you won't be leaving."

Mu Jin laughed in anger: "I've said it before, I'm no one to you. I don't care that you knocked me unconscious. Just let me go, I'm going to find my father and brothers."

Su Yi sneered: "Are you looking for your father and brothers, or Su Yuntian?"

Mu Jin was taken aback, then replied, "What does it have to do with you who I'm looking for?"

"Mu Jin, what did you tell me that day? You didn't care who you married?"

"What does that have to do with you? You're asking far too many questions."

Su Yi moved even closer to her and said, "If you don't care who you marry, then why don't you marry me!"

His handsome features grew larger and larger in Mu Jin's eyes. Their noses were almost touching. Su Yi's captivating, alluring eyes now held a menacing edge.

Mu Jin's gaze flickered away, but Su Yi cupped her face in his hands. A sudden panic gripped Mu Jin's heart. She could even hear her own heart pounding.

Su Yi finally saw the different feelings Mu Jin had for him.

Su Yi smiled, quickly leaned down, and kissed Mu Jin on the lips, leaving Mu Jin stunned.

It was just a fleeting kiss, and Su Yi, that devil, immediately raised his head and spoke to Mu Jin in an extremely nasty tone.

"Alright, we've slept together and kissed, from now on you can only belong to me."

Then Su Yi continued to stare down at Mu Jin, threateningly saying, "Remember, you are now my woman. If you want to go to other men, you need my permission first."

The gentle touch of the other still seemed to linger on their lips. Overwhelmed by emotions, Mu Jin suddenly shrank back.

There was a bed beam behind her, and Su Yi immediately reached out to protect her so she wouldn't bump her head.

Su Yi continued with a grin, "That way I can take care of your affairs."

"Miss, I heard from the guards outside that you've woken up."

As soon as they finished speaking, Mu Jin and Su Yi turned around abruptly, only to see Qing'er carrying food and happily pushing open the door to enter.
