After examining her, the doctor told Shen Yu that his wife had no brain problems. The kidnapping had only caused superficial injuries, and she did not have any symptoms of concussion. He also could not explain why she suddenly had a headache.
Jing Weiyang dislikes hospitals and refused the doctor's suggestion to stay for observation.
Shen Yu acquiesced and carried her away.
As soon as they got in the car, Jing Weiyang hurriedly snuggled into Chen Yu's arms, clinging to his neck and whining, "Honey, what's wrong with you? Why aren't you talking to me!"
The driver, who hadn't heard a reply from his boss for a while, glanced curiously into the rearview mirror.
Then I saw the boss solemnly help his wife, whom he was holding, to sit up properly, and coldly speak:
"Stop fooling around, the doctor wants you to rest."
"No, I want you to kiss me~"
She pouted and asked for a kiss.
Looking at her adorable appearance, Shen Yu could barely suppress the cold jealousy in his eyes:
"Heh, don't you have someone to kiss you?"
Jing Weiyang opened her eyes and looked at him blankly: "What did you say?"
Fearing that he might not be able to resist taking advantage of her on the spot if they continued talking, Shen Yu pressed her head down into his arms:
"Shut up and rest."
Jing Weiyang: "...Oh."
Sensing her husband's low mood, Jing Weiyang was too afraid to cause any more trouble.
She nestled obediently in his arms the whole way, like a quiet little lady. It wasn't until the car returned to Yijing Shengyuan that he carried her back to the villa, went straight upstairs to the bedroom and bed.
Shen Yu carried the person to the bed, then pressed him down beneath him and kissed him fiercely.
This kiss, tinged with a sense of punishment, made Jing Weiyang feel incredibly uncomfortable.
She squinted and hid while crying, "Husband, I'm so scared of you..."
However, the more she cried, the more fiercely Shen Yu kissed her.
Just as Jing Weiyang was about to die in his "mouth," the man suddenly stopped all his movements, his voice icy cold:
"Tell me, who is that man?"
Jing Weiyang opened her misty eyes and looked at him: "What?"
Shen Yu's gaze swept across her slightly parted lips, a hint of lust flashing in his eyes, his voice surprisingly hoarse: "Who are you talking about?"
Jing Weiyang was still dazed, wondering when she had gained another "man" when a photo lightly landed on her.
She picked it up and looked at it, then her eyes widened in shock: "Which bastard took this?! It's disgusting!"
Jing Weiyang was about to tear it when Shen Yu grabbed her and said, "What are you doing!"
"Of course we should tear up such a disgusting photo!" Jing Weiyang looked at him with a puzzled expression, then pulled away from Shen Yu's hand and tore the photo up violently.
Looking at the photos turned into trash, Shen Yu felt unexpectedly relieved, but that wasn't the end of it:
"If it's so disgusting, why did you do it?"
"Do? What did I do?" Jing Weiyang looked up at him, her face saying, "Are you crazy?"
"This man is my brother, how could we possibly do anything else!"
Seeing that Shen Yu didn't believe her, she added, "Jing Chenguang and Jing Weiyang, these two names sound like they were given to them by the same parents! Wouldn't you feel disgusted if you kissed your sister and sister?"
Shen Yu, however, grasped the key point: "Same parents?"
He narrowed his eyes: "As far as I know, Mr. Jing must come from a well-off family after returning from studying abroad."
Jing Weiyang froze instantly.
Oh no! She's been exposed!
Her eyes darted around, desperately trying to think of what to say, when the man's cold voice rang in her ear:
"Don't lie!"
Jing Weiyang flinched for a moment.
She glanced up at Chen Yu, sat up from his embrace, and tugged at her torn collar:
"Um, you know about my family situation..."
Jing Weiyang bit her lip, her delicate face showing obvious distress and struggle. In fact, her mind was racing, trying to figure out how to smooth things over by incorporating the original owner's situation:
“After I was born, my dad saw that I was a girl, so he gave me away to the Jing family. At that time, my mom and Jing's mom were in poor health and could no longer have children, but they really wanted a daughter, so they kept me and named me Weiyang after my brother.”
As Jing Weiyang thought of the family she grew up in, a touch of nostalgia welled up in her eyes.
“Jing’s mother treated me very well, even better than my biological mother. My brother and I were also very close when we were little. But when I was 5 years old, my brother’s family was going to immigrate… so my mother, my biological mother, took me back, and then I lived with my father.”
The first half is her own experience, and the second half is the original owner's experience:
“I haven’t seen Brother Chenguang for a long time. This time it’s because he came back from abroad, saw what happened online, and thought you… betrayed me, so he doesn’t want me to see you…”
Jing Weiyang's words explained why she hadn't contacted Shen Yu for several days.
"But don't worry, I've already explained it to him. It's all nonsense online. We have a great relationship, so he doesn't need to worry about me!"
As Jing Weiyang spoke, she smiled ingratiatingly at Shen Yu.
Seeing Jing Weiyang's calm and unpretentious reaction, Shen Yu was almost convinced that it was her brother.
After all, although his wife is a little drama queen and a bit of a fussie, her acting skills are really... speechless.
However, the issue with the photos still needs to be clarified:
"I can barely believe you two are siblings, but that photo..."
"Oh dear, someone must have taken a picture from a misaligned angle. I fell down and he helped me up, and then he took that awful picture of me. And the most important thing is!"
Jing Weiyang raised her head and glared at him angrily:
