Jing Li didn't even bother to ask Qin Zhao why he got down from the ground again. He quickly turned his head away and wiped his eyes with his sleeve.
Ah Qi was still standing in front of him, looking a little uneasy: "Sir..."
"Go down." Qin Zhao raised his hand slightly.
Ah Qi was more than happy to do so and quickly walked out of the kitchen.
Qin Zhao's fever had just subsided, and he was still a little unsteady on his feet. He slowly walked behind Jing Li and asked in a low voice, "Why are you crying?"
"No...no..." Jing Li hadn't completely calmed down yet. He took a breath silently, trying to keep his voice steady. "I was inhaled by the smoke."
Ah Qi was right. His behavior did not help Qin Zhao's condition at all. Instead, it only made him worried.
He already has a lot to worry about...
Jing Li cleared his throat and turned around: "Get out quickly, it's so smoky here. The doctor won't let you get out of bed, what are you doing here?"
Qin Zhao didn't move, just looked down at him.
From this angle, the other person's red eyes could not be hidden at all.
Jing Li didn't cry in front of him often. The last time she cried, she blamed herself for causing Boss Chang to go to jail and even lose his life because of her momentary anger.
What about the last time?
Qin Zhao actually had some memories.
The young man had been in the kitchen for the entire afternoon, and even had some cigarette ash on his cheeks, making him look dirty and even more pitiful.
Qin Zhao sighed softly and took a handkerchief to wipe his face.
"The little fish has turned into a cat..." Qin Zhao's movements were very light, and Jing Li dodged it after just two wipes.
Jing Li: "I can do it myself, you go back and lie down."
"I've been lying down all day." Qin Zhao said with a faint smile, "How can I be so weak?"
"You are so weak that you can't stand the wind..." Jing Li muttered, "You get sick when the wind blows. When will your broken body be able to stand up?" Miaomiao said
"Yes, it's my fault." Qin Zhao asked, "So that made you cry?"
"I didn't—"
Qin Zhao: "If you're not angry, why don't you want to eat?"
Jing Li was speechless.
He stammered, looked away, and said angrily, "Ah Qi is indeed on your side. He tells everything to others. It's all in vain that you're being nice to him."
Qin Zhao smiled faintly without saying a word, walked to the stove, and personally served Jing Li a bowl of porridge.
"Don't move!"
Jing Li hurriedly tried to take the things, but Qin Zhao dodged him lightly: "Don't argue with me, be obedient, I'm a patient now."
Jing Li was speechless after hearing what he said. He could only watch Qin Zhao serve the porridge and lead him out.
When they returned to the bedroom, Xiaoyuzi had obviously been taken away by Ah Qi. The room was empty. Qin Zhao took Jing Li to sit at the table, scooped up a spoonful of porridge, cooled it, and fed it to Jing Li.
"I myself..."
Jing Li was about to reach out his hand, but Qin Zhao raised his eyebrows slightly and interrupted him, "Be obedient."
“…”
Jing Li could only drink it obediently.
I don’t even know who the patient is.
Jing Li had been feeling sullen all day, and only when he put the porridge into his mouth did he feel extremely hungry. His stomach even growled.
Qin Zhao smiled softly but said nothing. He patiently fed Jing Li a bowl of porridge, then took out a handkerchief to wipe the corners of his lips before asking, "Do you want more?"
Jing Li didn't dare to let him continue feeding her, and quickly shook his head: "I'm full."
Qin Zhao put down the bowl of porridge and asked again, "Are you still angry?"
Jing Li pursed his lips.
Qin Zhao was coaxing him.
He was obviously so sick and miserable, yet I still came to comfort him.
Why does he always make this person worry about him?
Jing Li's nose felt sore and he couldn't say a word. He just shook his head quickly.
