Song Tantan's mouth dropped open, her heart overflowing with uncontrollable joy. "Then can you come into my supermarket?"
"It's a pity I can't. After all, the supermarket was left to you by your scumbag father, and there's no share for me. I don't care about it anyway. I have to thank God that He's not blind and has returned the family fortune I've worked so hard to build up over the years." Song Zhuiyan was a little emotional, and her eyes were red.
In the crucial moment of her fight with the black bear deep in the mountains, she suddenly fainted. She felt something pierce her forehead and lost consciousness before she could even react.
Upon waking, she noticed something was different. With a thought, she realized she had returned to her hometown. Of course, she hadn't actually returned home; she had entered a spatial dimension. However, her method of entering the dimension was different from Tan Tan's. Tan Tan entered the dimension entirely and disappeared from the spot, while she entered the dimension as a soul, while her body remained unconscious outside.
That's why she's been sleeping.
“But I can go into my hometown!” Song Tantan exclaimed in surprise. “Auntie, let’s go into the space together and see. Maybe we’re going into the same space, so we can meet up.”
Song Zhuiyan also wanted to know what was going on, and answered without thinking, "A-Xun, you stay here and keep watch. If anyone comes looking for me, tell them I haven't woken up yet. Tantan and I will go into the space to check."
What could he say? If he disagreed, they wouldn't have left and run into the space.
It turns out that Song Tantan and Song Zhuiyan were able to meet after entering the space together, indicating that they shared the same space.
Song Zhuiyan's guess was, "I never intended to get married. If I pass away, my family's inheritance will be left to you. This place has always been your home."
"Auntie, what nonsense are you talking about? You're not much older than me. Who knows who will live longer? Who's going to inherit your estate?" Song Tantan was unhappy and pouted angrily.
"Okay, I was just kidding. Let's not talk about this anymore. We should head out now. Ah Xun is still at our house." Song Zhuiyan quickly changed the subject.
"Don't say things like that again, it makes me feel uncomfortable," Song Tantan emphasized again.
"Okay, my little darling." Song Zhuiyan pinched her chubby cheeks. Hmm, they felt really nice.
Song Tantan was overjoyed to be out of the space. "We don't have to farm this land anymore. We can rent it out to others. Auntie, you just focus on the work in the space. Don't overwork yourself."
"You little rascal, you must be exhausted after these past six months, feeding the pigs every day, farming, and even cooking in the snow. Now you can finally pass the buck to me." How could I not know her?
Song Zhuiyan was just joking with her and didn't seem to mind. Tantan was only six years old, with tiny arms and legs. Even the hoe was taller than her. It was all thanks to her that she had to turn over the soil and plant the seedlings on the three acres of land one hoe at a time.
There's a small plot of land behind the house where we planted a lot of vegetables. After that, we still had to study this and that with Ye Moxun. Now we can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
"It's not that I'm lazy, farming is just too tiring. You can't farm with your mind, you have to grow it by hand." Song Tantan felt a pang of sadness when she thought about those days of farming.
If she didn't plant it, she couldn't bear to see her aunt looking so worried, as if she was heartbroken about wasting her life's work. She knew her aunt missed the land, pigs, and other poultry back home, so she tried her best to take good care of them for her.
She used to help with farm work at home, but not much. Her aunt doted on her and never let her work for long. Besides, she had to board in town when she went to junior high school, and she went home less and less until college. So, she wasn't very good at farm work.
She has to grit her teeth and work hard to cultivate three acres of land, otherwise she will collapse from exhaustion.
So she was overjoyed that her aunt could enter the space. Even if the old family part was separated out, and her aunt was the only one who could enter, she had no objections at all.
"Time stands still in my supermarket. Inanimate objects stay fresh, but live objects are frozen in time and then taken out. Auntie, why don't you try taking something into your hometown and see what happens?"
Song Zhuiyan immediately put the table into her spatial storage, and then took it out again. No problem, she could store it away at will.
"Try releasing live animals. When I release live animals into my hometown, they die instantly." Song Tantan said with a serious expression. That's why she never dares to release live animals into her hometown, for fear of causing harm to people.
Song Zhuiyan looked around and then glanced at Ye Moxun, who quickly refused, "I don't want to be a guinea pig, don't let me get killed."
"Am I that kind of person?" Song Zhuiyan walked out and went to the pigsty.
"The big white pig was taken out of the space in the first place, so putting it back in won't cause any problems. I've tried it," Song Tantan explained as she followed up.
Then let's try putting the wild sow into the space. The piglets have been weaned for a month, and she never thought of letting other boars mate with the wild boar. It feels strange. Let's try putting it in the space. If it dies, we can just eat the pork. It's no big deal.
Song Zhuiyan placed her hand on the pig's head, and the wild boar was put into her spatial storage. She glanced into the space with her mind and found that the wild boar was still alive, reacting the same way it did before she put it in. Then she released it out of the space.
Nothing had changed; it was still grumbling and gluttonous as before. After several attempts, Song Zhuiyan was certain: "It seems I can bring living creatures into my space without any side effects."
But testing it on just one silly pig is a bit unreliable. She glanced at Ye Moxun and said, "Ah Xun, would you like to go into the space and take a look? That's where Tantan and I used to live. The scenery is quite nice."
"I refuse." Ye Moxun immediately took a few steps back, maintaining a safe distance.
Forget it, if she doesn't want to, don't force her. It's not a big deal. She's not happy to bring just anyone into her space.
