Xu Ruantang's brow twitched.
Hopefully, she's overthinking it; it's broad daylight, and they're cousins.
If it's as she thinks, then her worldview is going to be shattered again.
With a flushed face, Xu Hanli walked to Chen Youyou's bedside and handed the nutritional supplements in his hand to Yang Weidong.
"Cousin, I'm so sorry, I really didn't know, that's why..."
Xu Hanli's words were incoherent.
Yang Weidong glanced at him coldly, crossing his arms and showing no intention of taking it.
"Youyou was feeling suffocated in the hospital room, so I took her downstairs for a walk."
His voice was filled with resentment, "Our family is really miserable. First, my cousin was hospitalized for no reason. She was so dizzy that she couldn't stand up. I helped her up, and she ended up hugging and cuddling me?"
"According to your logic, if I stay overnight to keep an eye on someone, I'll be criticized too?!"
Xu Hanli shook his head repeatedly.
Shen Youyou patted Yang Weidong on the shoulder at the right moment, "Cousin, that's enough."
She turned to Xu Hanli with a smile, "I appreciate your kind gesture, but the tonics are too expensive, Hanli, you should take them back."
Xu Hanli wanted to argue further, but then a series of hurried footsteps came from the ward door.

Neither Xu Ruantang nor Wang Xiuxiu took it seriously.

Since she awakened, she has become less talkative and often seems lost in thought.
They said Xu Ruantang would come to take care of her, but it didn't seem to be of much use. Jia Shuling's leg is fine; she goes to the toilet by herself.
She still doesn't really like Xu Ruantang, just like before.
After washing up, Xu Ruantang drank some soy milk and took some steamed buns to find Wang Xiuxiu.
"Is it all done?"
The curtain was drawn, and Xu Ruantang spoke silently.
Wang Xiuxiu smiled gently, took out something that looked like a sheet of paper, and handed it to Xu Ruantang.
She opened it and discovered it was a divorce certificate.
"I've got all the certificates."
Wang Xiuxiu's tone was indifferent, showing neither unhappiness nor happiness.
Half of a head peeked out from behind the curtain.
Xu Ruantang rolled her eyes at Yang Weidong. "Hooliganism is a serious crime. As a teacher, Mr. Yang, shouldn't he know that?"
Yang Weidong's facial injuries appear to be more severe than they were yesterday.
He laughed nonchalantly, "Really divorced?"
"Is this related to you?"
Xu Ruantang countered with a question.
Wang Xiuxiu had already obtained the divorce certificate and casually tossed it to Yang Weidong, saying, "Take a look."
She knew perfectly well that Yang Weidong was definitely helping Shen Youyou see things.
If Lu Shishen divorces her, his cousin will have a chance.
If they like to watch, let them watch to their heart's content.
Yang Weidong took it and looked at it seriously. "So this is what a divorce certificate looks like."
The curtain was suddenly and slowly pulled open.
She stood there neatly dressed, her face slightly pale.
On the hospital bed was the large bag Yang Weidong had packed for her clothes, and everything on the table had been cleared away.
"Cousin, give it back to Sister Xiuxiu."
Chen Youyou spoke weakly.
Yang Weidong then snapped out of his daze, smiling as he handed the divorce certificate back to Wang Xiuxiu, "Beautiful lady, congratulations on your liberation!"
He spoke nonchalantly.
Wang Xiuxiu smiled nonchalantly and raised her chin. "Going to be discharged?"
Is this how you achieve your goal and stop pretending for a moment?
Shen Youyou didn't speak, but Yang Weidong waved his hand and said, "How could that be? Look how weak my cousin is, she needs to stay a few more days."
As he spoke, he looked at Wang Xiuxiu with a sympathetic gaze, seemingly reluctant to let her go.
But he still spoke up: "Company Commander Lu arranged a single room for Youyou, mainly because there's nowhere for me to sleep here. I didn't sleep well all night last night."
"This person is really kind-hearted. I mentioned it to him when I ran into him this morning, and he immediately made arrangements for it!"
Yang Weidong thumped his chest loudly, "My brother is truly magnanimous!"
After Yang Weidong carried the large bags and helped Shen Youyou leave, Xu Ruantang got up and opened the window.

Xu Ruantang noticed that Wang Xiuxiu was unhappy and joked.
Wang Xiuxiu forced a smile.
Lu Shishen, who was just saying yesterday that she couldn't wait, turned around and rushed over to go.
What a master of turning the tables!
Xu Ruantang sat down beside her with a worried expression, wanting to say something but not knowing what to say to comfort Wang Xiuxiu.
The needle wasn't inserted into her body, so she had no idea of Wang Xiuxiu's pain.
Seeing her troubled expression, Wang Xiuxiu reached out and patted Xu Ruantang on the shoulder.
"I'm fine, don't worry."
Fortunately, she still has friends.
"Besides, breaking up with this kind of person is a good thing for me."
Wang Xiuxiu comforted Xu Ruantang instead, saying, "After I'm discharged from the hospital, I'll treat you all to a meal to celebrate!"
