Chapter 185 Going Back

Looking at Gu Xing in front of her, Gu Rong secretly took out her phone and quietly took two photos of the two of them together.

Then he leaned closer and whispered, "Do you remember what I told you before?"

Gu Xing thought about what her sister had said before, that this matter should not be mentioned again, and didn't understand why Rong Bao brought it up again: "I remember, what's wrong?"

Seeing that he seemed to have remembered, Gu Rong smiled and said, "I just wanted to remind you to remember what I said before. That's all. Go back to sleep."

"Oh, oh," Gu Xing looked at his sister who seemed a little strange, took two steps out and then turned back: "Rongbao, if anyone bullies you, just tell me, and I'll definitely help you fight back."

Gu Rong smiled, tilted her head, and waved her hand: "No one is bullying me, go back to sleep."

"Oh," Gu Xing said, though she found it a little strange, she still obediently left.

After Gu Xing left, Gu Rong went to find Rong Xin, pulled her into the room, and secretly took a few photos to keep as a souvenir.

After the two of them lined up, Gu Rong climbed onto the bed and hugged Rong Xin while standing.

Rong Xin was suddenly hugged and looked down at the top of Gu Rong's head. She couldn't help but smile and rub her head: "What's wrong, Rong Bao?"

Gu Rong stepped out of her embrace and smiled at Rong Xin: "It's nothing, I just missed you because I haven't seen Mom for a day."

Now that no one is left in the Rong family, Rong Xin knows that leaving Gu Rong alone at home must be very boring for her.

Rong Xin hugged Gu Rong in her arms and looked at her apologetically: "I'm sorry, Rong Bao, I haven't had time to spend with you these past two days. How about I take you out to play after I have a couple of days off?"

Even if she gets a break next time, it won't be her. Gu Rong felt a little sad, but she still had things to do, so she definitely had to go back.

After hugging Rong Xin again, Gu Rong said, "Okay, I'm sleepy now, I want to sleep."

Rong Xin put Gu Rong on the bed: "Okay, then Mommy is going out. Rest for a couple of days, and Mommy will definitely take you out to play. Hang in there for two more days."

Gu Rong watched Rong Xin leave, then got up and locked the door from the inside.

He found the jade pendant that Han Jianshu had given him last time and gave it to Axi. Then, lying on the bed, he said to Axi, "Let's begin."

Ah Xi took the items and followed the instructions given by Master Zhen: "Okay, I'll begin."

"Okay, let's begin," Gu Rong said, lying on the bed with her eyes closed.

Just as A-Xi began, the pendant around Gu Rong's neck emitted a burst of white light, slowly enveloping Gu Rong within it.

Gu Rong felt a soft light sweep over her entire body, but she couldn't open her eyes and slowly fell into a deep sleep.

A-Xi followed along, gradually becoming drowsy and falling into a deep sleep, flying directly into Gu Rong's body.

As the light faded, the pendant around Gu Rong's neck disappeared, but the room remained unchanged.

Meanwhile, Rong Xin, who was in the next room, suddenly felt a sense of loss in her chest, but it disappeared in an instant. She didn't think much of it and continued to lie down and rest with her eyes closed.

The next day, Rong Xin knocked on Gu Rong's door. Seeing her daughter come out, she obediently picked her up and said, "Rong Bao, the food is in the pot. Mommy is going to work. You and your brother stay home and be good."

Looking completely bewildered, Gu Rong stared at Rong Xin for a while, then looked at the unfamiliar courtyard, her little face full of fear: "Mommy, where is this?"

Looking at Rongxin, who looked different from before but resembled her former daughter, she was stunned for a moment, then explained in a low voice, "This is our home, isn't it? Rongbao, don't you remember?"

"I don't remember," Gu Rong shook her head, her face full of innocence and helplessness. "I want to go find my grandfather. I don't want to be home alone, Mom."

Looking at Gu Rong, who seemed to remember nothing, Rong Xin's eyes held a hint of sadness as she forced herself to remain calm: "Your grandparents have passed away, so we can't mention them anymore. Be a good girl and stay home. How about Mom takes you out to play in a few days?"

Everything was fine before, Gu Rong couldn't understand why everything had suddenly changed.

But she was always obedient, doing whatever her mother said. Although she was a little sad, she still obediently nodded in agreement: "Okay."

After Rong Xin left, Gu Xing walked up to Gu Rong and cautiously probed, "Rong Bao, do you still remember who I am? Do you still know what we were doing yesterday?"

"You're my brother? Yesterday..." Little Gu Rong tilted her head and thought for a moment, then looked at Gu Xing with bright eyes: "I came back from Grandpa's house yesterday and slept at home the whole time, right? Silly brother, don't you remember that?"

Little Gu Xing, after taking a nap, seemed to remember nothing at all.

Just as my uncle said, children don't have good memories and forget things too easily. Luckily, he's an older child and remembers everything his sister told him perfectly.

However, remembering what my mother had said before, I shouldn't mention my maternal grandparents anymore.

Gu Xing was afraid that his younger sister might not remember and might say something wrong, so he pulled his sister to sit on the stool and began to tell her about what had happened during this time, as well as that she should not mention the Rong family.

........

Gu Rong, who had left this world, finally returned to 76.

When I opened my eyes and saw the bright cave, I couldn't help but raise my hand to shield my eyes, unable to adjust for a moment.

Once she had adjusted, she saw Ah Xi floating in front of her. Gu Rong rubbed her eyes and asked, "What time is it now?"

Ah Xi scratched her head awkwardly: "Five days have passed since you fell into a coma. Your family is frantic with worry. You should go back as soon as possible and think of a way to explain things."

Gu Rong gripped its neck, staring intently at A Xi: "Let's not talk about that for now. You should explain to me what happened first."

Although Axi wanted to speak, there were some things that were inappropriate to say, so she hesitated and said, "I... I can't explain it. You should wait until you get back and talk to Han Jianshu. He did everything and knows everything."

Gu Rong stared at A Xi, tightening her grip on the back of its neck: "You said no??"

"I don't know everything. Han Jianshu knows everything. If he doesn't want to talk, our system has truth pills. Just feed him as many as he wants, and he'll tell you everything. I..."

As A-Xi was speaking, she felt that Gu Rong's gaze was a little scary, so she quickly explained, "That thing is useless to the system."

To prevent them from pressing her for answers, Axi quickly changed the subject: "Master, your brother and sister-in-law are looking for you like crazy. You should go back quickly, otherwise they will go into the deep mountains, which is too dangerous."

"Go inside," Gu Rong said helplessly, lowering her hand. She knew she wouldn't get anything out of A Xi, so she could only go back first.

"Okay, thank you, Master. Please call me anytime if you need anything. I'll be going now." Ah Xi disappeared in a flash, afraid that if she lingered even a second longer, she would be questioned again.
