Chapter 136: Evidence
The next day, Su Tao was pulled awake by Su Qi while he was still asleep.
"Hurry up, get up quickly and wash up quickly. There are many things to do today and time is tight." Su Li pulled Su Tao out of the bed.
"What's up? Mom, let me sleep a little longer." Su Tao felt dizzy, his eyes narrowed, and he fell down again.
"Get up~ You have a wedding with Xiao He tomorrow, hurry up and wash up, don't delay." Su Li said.
"Get a certificate? What certificate?" Su Tao was startled by Su Li's words and woke up instantly.

When He Chuan saw that she had finished packing, he took Su Tao's hand, his eyes full of affection, and said softly, "Let's go." He had waited for this day for too long, and fortunately it finally came.

The two men walked out of the civil affairs department. He Chuan had a smug look on his face. He held the two thin pieces of red paper and stared at them blankly with a silly smile on his face.
"Okay, you can see the marks on this paper, put it away quickly." Su Tao said coquettishly.
Today's marriage certificates are nothing like those of later generations. They're just a piece of paper with the couple's name, age, and consent to marry written on it. After review and confirmation that they comply with the provisions of the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, this certificate is issued. There's not even a photo.
The man carefully put away the marriage certificate, turned around, suddenly picked up Su Tao and spun her around a few times, shouting, "From today on, you are my legitimate wife."
Su Tao was frightened by his sudden action and screamed a few times, "Ah~" "Put me down quickly~"
The man put Su Tao down after hearing this. Su Tao felt a little dizzy and hadn't even stood up yet. The man picked her up again and rushed forward, shouting, "I'm married. I have a wife."

"Today is your wedding day, so your dad and I have taken a day off." Su Li replied with a smile, looking at Su Tao and He Chuan standing together. They were a perfect match, and the more he looked at them, the more they seemed.
"Xiao He, your mother and I discussed it. Since you have got the marriage certificate today, you are now a family. Do you think you can arrange for us to have a meal with your uncle's family, and the two families can discuss the subsequent arrangements for the wedding banquet." Dad Su looked up and said slowly to He Chuan.
