"Yeah, to be honest, it seems like you guys are engaged? You had a childhood engagement." Liu Mei also interrupted.
"What? Engagement? Child marriage? I don't want it. Who wants to find a country boy?" Yang Qian was immediately furious when she heard this and shouted loudly.
She had a slight impression of He Chuan. They'd played together as children. Back then, his family wasn't in dire straits, and her mother often took her to He Chuan's house. Then his eyes fell on the two people beside He Chuan, a man and a woman. The woman had skin as white as fat, lips as red as blood, delicate features, and a pair of autumn eyes that seemed to be shining with the glow of the sunset. The woman was very close to He Chuan, and their behavior was very intimate. Yang Lekang couldn't help but be dazzled by Su Tao's beauty for a moment, and after a while, he adjusted himself and asked, "Who is this?"
He Chuan's eyes flashed with displeasure, and he introduced calmly, "This is my wife, Su Tao. The other one is my friend, who came to help me move things."
