Chapter 162 Recruitment 3 (1/2)

Chapter 162 Recruitment 3

Su Tao looked at the girl's introverted yet strong appearance and was somewhat moved. "What makes you want this job so much? Actually, you know you are not that suitable."

"I, I need money. Your salary is high, and I really need this job." The girl said with her head down.

"You said before that you were a very good student. After graduating from high school, why didn't you continue your studies and take the college entrance examination? Or did you start working early?" Su Tao asked.

Su Tao's words seemed to hit the girl's heart. The girl was silent for a moment and then said, "My family is poor and can't afford to continue my education, so I want to find a job and go back to school when I earn enough money."

So that's how it is. No wonder the girl asked yesterday, "Is the waiter's salary really 35 yuan per month?"

Her math skills were definitely an advantage. Su Tao had previously interviewed several waiters. They were extroverts, but their attention spans were low and their math skills were weak. Asking them to take cash would likely be a challenge. If she hired the previous candidate, she'd probably have to hire another cashier.

Su Tao wrote a few math problems for the girl to do, and she quickly solved them all. Su Tao nodded and said, "I've been talking for so long, but I haven't asked your name yet?"

"Ah? Oh, I'm Zhao Qiaoyun." The girl replied shyly.

"Well, okay. Zhao Qiaoyun, I need to think about it. I will post the list of admitted candidates on the job posting this afternoon. If you are admitted, your name will be on it." Su Tao said. She still needed to see if there were any more suitable candidates.

After all, the girl doesn't quite meet her requirements. Although she has her advantages, Su Tao still has to make a comprehensive selection.

"Okay, thank you. I will come to watch tomorrow." Zhao Qiaoyun smiled brightly when she heard that. She thought she would be eliminated immediately, but it seems she still has a chance.

Su Tao looked at the girl's happy smile. It seemed that some things were not unchangeable. If there was no suitable one later, she would still consider Zhao Qiaoyun.

Next, Su Tao interviewed several chefs and waiters, and she still hadn't met anyone she thought was particularly suitable until closing time in the evening.

When she got home, Su's mother, father and He Yanzhi were having dinner. When they saw Su Tao coming back, they greeted him, "Taotao, you're back. Have you eaten?" Although Su Tao had previously told her not to eat at home these days, Su's mother still asked out of concern because she came back at dinner time.

Su Tao walked over and sat down on the sofa, waving his hand, "You guys eat, I'm full from trying all the dishes today."

"How's the recruitment going today? Have you recruited anyone?" Father Su put down his chopsticks and asked.

"You want to ask me how Chen Gu is doing?" Su Tao said teasingly with his head turned away.

"Kid, I'm just concerned about you, not just asking him." Father Su said angrily.

"Not bad." Su Tao gave an affirmative answer.

"Then you don't even look at who brought up this apprentice. Do you mean that he got the job?" Father Su said proudly and happily.

"Well. Tell him tomorrow when you go to work, and ask him to complete the resignation procedures from the state-owned restaurant in the next two days and come to my place." Su Tao had been interviewing all day and had not found a more suitable chef. Chen Gu was still the most suitable.

"Are you still going to have the interview tomorrow? You should also make sure to rest." Father Su said with concern when he saw Su Tao's tired look.
