It's described as a quiet place, but it's actually a small teahouse by the riverbank.
It faces the riverbank directly in front, making it a great spot to enjoy the night view.
Sheng Qian followed Tang Yuxiu in and sat down. As soon as she looked up, she saw the view across from her.
The location they chose was really good. She glanced at the door, and then Wan Tianxing, who had been hiding in the car, came in.
When Wan Tianxing saw Sheng Qian's appearance clearly under the night light, he merely frowned and then sat down on the other side without making a sound.
It was as if he had never met Sheng Qian before.
Tang Yuxiu poured Sheng Qian a cup of freshly brewed tea. "This is top-quality Biluochun tea. Have a taste."
“I’m not good at tea tasting,” Sheng Qian said with a smile, picking up the cup and drinking it all in one gulp. “I’m a rough man, and I speak rather bluntly, so I’ll just say it.”
Tang Yuxiu made a gesture of invitation.
"I met this guy that night. He must be the researcher that Master Tang mentioned. He has such an imposing presence. I really didn't recognize him. You really can't judge a book by its cover."
Tang Yuxiu was taken aback and looked at Wan Tianxing.
Wan Tianxing had been staring at Sheng Qian from the beginning. Upon hearing Sheng Qian's words, he said, "I didn't recognize you that night, please don't take offense, Second Young Madam Long."
"I wouldn't dare," Sheng Qian said with a smile. "It was I who was a bit rude. May I ask how this uncle is addressed?"
Tang Yuxiu watched without saying a word.
Wan Tianxing lifted his eyelids and glanced at her: "Wan Tianxing."
"So it's Professor Wan. My apologies." Sheng Qian bowed and then looked at Tang Yuxiu: "Seventh Master Tang, you brought Professor Wan here specifically to see me. Sheng Qian's face remained expressionless, her tone indifferent: "Not good."

"You want to deal with her personally? Is it really necessary?"
