Ju Baifeng asked Sheng Qian what she needed to make, but Sheng Qian didn't say. Instead, she took out a blueprint.
Looking at the complicated blueprints, Ju Baifeng frowned and subconsciously glanced at the old lady over there.
"Aunt."
Ju Baifeng's tone was complex.
The old lady followed her over.
She spotted the blueprint on the table at a glance, and a rare look of surprise appeared in the old lady's usually cool eyes!
His gaze shifted to Sheng Qian's face, and his expression changed several times.
Finally, he stared at Sheng Qian for a long time with a complex expression that Sheng Qian couldn't understand before slowly speaking, "Is this a twitching device?"
"You know?"
“I can see the data marked on it.” The old lady then asked, “Who drew this?”
"I'll draw it."
"you?"
The old lady opened her eyes slightly; she was quite surprised!
He looked Sheng Qian up and down again, as if she were an alien from outer space.
Sheng Qian sat there, letting the old lady look her over.
The old lady's eyes reddened slightly as she looked at Ju Baifeng and said, "Try to get her what she wants."
"I understand, Auntie."
Ju Baifeng actually listened to his aunt.
Sheng Qian glanced at the two of them and said to Ju Baifeng, "Then I'll trouble you. A higher price is fine. Also, I have a batch of special parts that I need you to help me manufacture. They are new parts and require a confidentiality agreement."
Because it was her own design, Sheng Qian had no way of keeping it private.
Ju Baifeng's gaze deepened, but he nodded without any objection: "This is necessary. Innovation takes time."
"If you trust me, I can give the workers instructions on the spot to speed things up."
Since Sheng Qian had finally found such a suitable place, she naturally decided to fight it all and bring it back to town.
Ju Baifeng then looked at the old lady.
The old lady nodded to herself.
Ju Baifeng then said, "Okay, but you'll need to sign an agreement for this."
“I’ll come back to talk about this tomorrow. I’ve left the blueprints at my place, and I’ll bring them over to discuss them together tomorrow,” Sheng Qian said, standing up.
"It's only two o'clock now. If we're not too far apart, let's bring your drawings over today and discuss a plan together," the old lady suddenly said.
Sheng Qian said that tomorrow was to give them time to discuss it. Since the old lady had spoken up, she naturally wanted to get it done today.
Ju Baifeng said, "There's a bicycle outside, ride it over there."
"Aren't you afraid I'll ride away on my bicycle?"
"You won't."
Ju Baifeng is quite good at judging people.
In the end, Sheng Qian still rode away on her bicycle.
As soon as Sheng Qian left, Ju Baifeng couldn't help but look at the old lady, "Aunt, is there something special about this young comrade? Why are you taking such good care of him?"
This was the first time Ju Baifeng had ever seen his aloof aunt so warmly help someone; it was so unlike her usual way of doing things.
The old lady's eyes suddenly dimmed.
"She looks a lot like someone..."
Who does he look like?
"This is what your cousin looked like when she was little."
Ju Baifeng tried to recall the events of decades ago, but he couldn't remember them at all.
He only remembered that his cousin suddenly died when she was fifteen, and he was only six years old at the time, so he couldn't remember many things.
I vaguely remember some things.
He remembered that when his cousin died, even his parents were heartbroken for several years before they recovered.
His cousin, I heard, is very similar to his aunt, especially in personality and talent; they are practically identical.
He just couldn't remember what his aunt's personality was like.
After his cousin left, he didn't remember ever seeing his aunt smile even once.
“I was only six years old when my cousin passed away, and I don’t remember many things clearly.”
The old lady said, "Yes, even I, an old lady, have almost forgotten what my daughter looks like. Until I met this young comrade, she looks so much like your cousin, it immediately brought back that image."
Ju Baifeng understood.
No wonder my aunt was so enthusiastic about a girl she had just met.
"Auntie, should we check it out?"
"Investigate what?" the old lady frowned.
“If the people over there specifically chose this person, wouldn’t you be in… great danger?”
The old woman's eyes turned cold: "She isn't."
Seeing that the old lady was about to get angry, Ju Baifeng dared not say anything more.
She pretended to go back to her place, then came out again and quickly took the blueprints to the hardware processing factory.
Sheng Qian clearly felt Ju Baifeng's scrutiny.
He frowned, then laid out the things in his hand, but there was only a small portion of the blueprints.
Upon seeing the drawings, even the usually composed Ju Baifeng couldn't help but look at Sheng Qian in utter astonishment, "You drew all of these yourself?"
“It’s me,” Sheng Qian said calmly.
The old lady couldn't resist taking it and quickly flipping through it.
The more I flipped through it, the more shocked I became.
"What...are you trying to build?"
"Some engines."
"These are not ordinary engines at all."
"These are some special pieces of equipment. Some parts can be custom-made here, but some larger parts will have to be assembled elsewhere."
So even if they get the blueprints, they may not be able to make it.
For example, if a place needs glass but then requires plastic, then we can't provide that.
