Chapter 50 I've settled in!

Sheng Qian followed the two into the car, and half an hour later they arrived at a private residence outside the county town.

The open courtyard is clearly visible from the outside.

Under the night lights, there were more than a dozen figures, some sitting and some standing.

The scene was just like in the movie.

Sheng Qian was used to grand occasions; such small scenes could only frighten naive young girls.

The other party adopted a very cold and hard attitude.

Sheng Qian walked into the courtyard and looked at the slightly thin but tall man at the head of the group.

Although he didn't look particularly robust, the glint in his eyes was unlike that of others.

"Are you the boss they're talking about?"

A flicker of surprise crossed the tall, thin man's eyes, but he quickly concealed it.

"Your name is Sheng Qian?"

The man's voice was a little hoarse, sounding like a rooster crowing.

"Didn't you investigate me? Why did you attack me? I don't think I have any grudge against you. Oh, and they said you also captured my companion. Where is he now? I want to see him," Sheng Qian said, pointing to the two men who brought her there.

The tall, thin man's eyes turned somewhat deep and unfathomable. "Saving your companion is simple. Hand over the blueprints you have, and I will not only release your companion but also provide you with assistance."

"Oh? Is there such a good thing?" Sheng Qian said with a happy face, "It's just a few blueprints. You can just ask for them. There's no need to go to such lengths to snatch them, and there's no need to make things difficult for my companions. You can have the blueprints, but you have to bring my companions out so I can see them first. Otherwise, how will I know if you're lying to me?"

Sheng Qian's easy-going demeanor surprised everyone present.

"Brother Bin, she's quite skilled, she's definitely on guard, you guys need to be careful."

A voice suddenly came from behind the tall, thin man. Sheng Qian looked in the direction of the voice and was somewhat surprised to see the man from the newspaper office.

He was sitting there, pale-faced, with a bandage wrapped around his head.

Sheng Qian suddenly remembered the stones she had thrown last night; they were all from the same person.

The man met Sheng Qian's gaze with a somewhat gloomy look in his eyes.

He is very confident now.

With so many people present, why would they be afraid of a little girl like her?

The tall, thin man said coldly, "You have no right to bargain now. Either hand over the blueprints, or your companion dies. Choose."

As the tall, thin man finished speaking, everyone stepped forward, staring at Sheng Qian in a gang-like posture, as if Sheng Qian would be beaten to death by these dozen or so extremely powerful men if she uttered a single word of dissent.

Seeing that they dared not bring the person out first, Sheng Qian knew that Zhang Shunlin was not in their hands.

A cold, faint smile appeared on her lips, a smile that carried a sharp danger.

However.

None of them expected that this seemingly easy-going and approachable girl could be so capable.

“I’m not choosing any of them. The blueprints are right here with me,” Sheng Qian pointed to her head. “I’ve already destroyed everything that was drawn.”

The tall, thin man frowned, his expression growing increasingly grim. "You destroyed all those blueprints. Don't you know what they were...?"

"What does it have to do with you if I destroy what belongs to me?"

The tall, thin man's face had turned ashen.

His face was ashen.

“Those blueprints were so valuable, and you destroyed them. I’m telling you, you must draw them for me today, or your companions won’t be leaving here alive.”

Sheng Qian asked curiously, "Do you want the blueprints, or does someone want to buy them? If it's an outsider, I can talk to them."

Sheng Qian's words were also an attempt to find out if they had anyone to meet them, or if they were part of some organization.

If everyone were here, it would be easier for her to handle the situation.

If there are other people behind her, she'll have to be careful.

"You don't need to know, just draw the blueprint. Give her paper and pen, and tell her to start drawing now, and not to leave until she finishes."

"You're making things difficult for me." Sheng Qian's face remained calm. Faced with such a scene and hearing such a blunt warning, she was not flustered at all, as if she were only facing a group of ignorant clowns.

Sheng Qian's attitude made the tall, thin man somewhat suspicious.

"We're going to force you to do the impossible. Whether your companion lives or dies is up to you."

"Is there no room for negotiation?" Sheng Qian asked.

"No."

“Then I need to know where you came from. I can’t just draw something so important for strangers,” Sheng Qian said calmly.

The tall, thin man narrowed his eyes, radiating what he thought was a powerful aura. "Most of those who know where we came from are already dead. Do you want to be the next one?"

Sheng Qian said helplessly, "Fine, if I can't ask, then forget it."

As she spoke, Sheng Qian obediently picked up a pen and quickly drew a model diagram in front of their drawings.

Her speed was incredibly fast, and her lines were so smooth that they looked like a photocopy.

People with obsessive-compulsive disorder would definitely feel refreshed after seeing this!

Sheng Qian worked quickly, and could draw two pictures in an hour and a half.

"That's all I remember. I can't make a mental copy of anything else." Sheng Qian tossed her pen aside and said, "Can I leave now?"

The tall, thin man stared intently at the blueprint Sheng Qian had just drawn, as if he hadn't heard what Sheng Qian had said.

Sheng Qian repeated it again.

The tall, thin man turned around and said, going back on his word, "I only promised not to touch your companions, but I didn't say I'd let you leave."
