Mashed potatoes are easy to make, and Guo Xiaoxiao accidentally discovered that she made them really well. Using a spatula made from a piece of wood, she vigorously mashed the cooked potatoes, then added some cooking oil and salt, mashed them a few more times, and they were done!
After stir-frying the last of the shredded potatoes and dried meat into a fragrant dish, Guo Xiaoxiao prepared a large batch to ensure they had enough to eat. She was confident there wouldn't be enough for everyone.
