Although he wasn't very harsh with her, she couldn't stand the way the whole house turned cold when he got angry.
"Arthur~"
Arthur didn't answer. He placed piles of seeds on the table and studied them one by one. Now that he had become the Beast King, he could cultivate exotic fruits in the city to improve the orcs' physique.
Seeing that he was ignoring her, Guo Xiaoxiao quietly moved to the door, intending to run out, when Arthur's voice drifted over.
"If you dare go out for three days and three nights, you'll be bedridden."
Guo Xiaoxiao stopped and obediently sat down next to him, then, bored, picked up a piece of animal hide to wipe the table.
Arthur looked through several bags of seeds, not at her, but spoke to Guo Xiaoxiao instead.
"Could it be that you're interested in him because he has two DingTalk accounts?"
Guo Xiaoxiao blushed upon hearing this and quickly waved her hand in denial.
"No, no, he is, after all, the father of these cubs. I think you can hit or scold him as you please, I will have no complaints. It's his mistake that he has to bear. But, since you've all vented your anger, shouldn't he also..."
Arthur: "No!"
Then: "If you're unhappy with just one of us, how about we both gang up on each other? Me and Mickson, Cang Jue and Randy, every two days, how about that?"

Arthur sorted and packed the seeds into boxes, then placed them in another room. He grilled the meat outside and brought it in for Guo Xiaoxiao. After watching her finish eating, he took her out of the house.
"Xiaoxiao, after you finish eating, come to bed with me for a nap, so you won't overthink things every day."
"good"
Guo Xiaoxiao obediently agreed. After she finished eating, Arthur carried her back to the bedroom, gently placed her on the mat, covered her with the animal skin, stroked her soft hair, and then lay down on the mat himself.
Perhaps because Arthur's presence made her feel so safe, Guo Xiaoxiao quickly fell asleep.

He noticed someone approaching him, very close, and before he could react, someone darted out from the bushes.
The two bumped into each other. The other person was startled by Carlos. "Holy crap, wasn't he dead? He's alive again? Has Beast City fallen again?"
The person who came was none other than Qianye from the sea. Linzhi had sent him to find Guo Xiaoxiao, saying that Guo Xiaoxiao could solve their current predicament.
The Northern Hemisphere has suffered a great calamity. As soon as Ji Xing and his group returned, they were ambushed and nearly wiped out. They barely escaped, but danger still lurks everywhere.
Anyway, it's all in chaos, complete chaos.
In her time of crisis, Lin Zhi told Guo Xiaoxiao that she knew witchcraft and asked her for help.
Qianye dared not delay and rushed over for help.

Seeing that he didn't respond, Qianye moved closer again.
"Snake Beast, you've taken over Beast City again? Where's Guo Xiaoxiao? Is she still in Beast City?"
Carlos: "You're looking for Guo Xiaoxiao??"
"Of course I'm exhausted from running, I came here to find her, don't tell me she's not here."
"What does a fish want with her?" Carlos asked.
"You, a male, are looking for Guo Xiaoxiao?"
He had absolutely no interest in Guo Xiaoxiao, Qianye explained.
"My female Linzhi and Guo Xiaoxiao are from the same clan, they are sisters. She asked me to come and tell you whether she is in Beast City or not."
The sisters from the same clan hadn't heard Guo Xiaoxiao mention it. Carlos had met Linzhi once, when Linzhi came to negotiate, in the forest.
All I remember is that she was a very brave and strong female who faced him without fear and calmly stated her conditions.
He even threatened Guo Xiaoxiao's life at the time, and the last time he saw her was when he was sitting with Guo Xiaoxiao on the back of an eagle beast.
Carlos chose to tell Qianye
She is there.
That's great, but after taking a couple of steps, she realized something was off. What was Carlos doing here just sunbathing? Wasn't he burned to death? Qianye turned around and looked at him, only to find him staring at her with a strange gaze.
"how?"
Qianye was confused, or perhaps he was afraid that Carlos would kill him.
Carlos suddenly smiled
"Nothing much. Tell me first what you're saying, and then I'll consider whether or not you can see her."
Qianye's temper flared up. He might be weak on land, but he was still the king of the sea. Why should he just tell him what he wanted? Did they not respect him at all?
Too lazy to deal with him, he turned and walked away, but his speed was a major weakness, and Carlos easily blocked his path.
Qianye roared.
"Get out of the way"
He hated Carlos's smell, the stench of snakes.
Carlos: "If I don't let you leave, do you think you can?"
