Several females joined in, occupying the best spots, surrounded by many males, some sitting next to them, others displaying their prowess in front of them.
The dancing was quite rhythmic; although I didn't know what they were dancing to, the movements were very synchronized.
Carlos sat down and then stared curiously at the dancers. On the Forgotten Continent, the wandering beasts had never experienced such a revelry.
Everyone insisted on looking out for themselves, forming many small groups, all led by him. Their pastimes in the grotto included fighting, bullying/humiliating females, and group brawls over territory.
This harmonious scene was something Carlos had never seen before, and he was filled with curiosity about everything.
"Here, a bone knife will be helpful for you to cut the meat."
A kind orc handed Carlos a bone knife, his gaze lingering on Guo Xiaoxiao, but not for long.
You'd want to take a second look at any beautiful woman, and even if you saw a super handsome guy on the street who would turn heads, you'd still glance at him a couple of times.
Carlos took the bone knife, his attitude less than friendly, intending to warn him not to make a move on Guo Xiaoxiao.
The orc left without waiting for him to speak, without lingering.
He thought the orc would stubbornly stay and share the meat, and maybe even flirt with Guo Xiaoxiao. He'd already planned how to get rid of him—maybe by punching him a couple of times.
Before anything even happened, the man was gone. Had he misunderstood? Carlos glanced at the bone knife in his hand, then at the departing orc. He then went back to dancing with the orcs around the campfire.
A carnival where one can forget everything, the orcs eat roasted meat and sing songs to the moon in the sky and to the females on the ground.
At this moment, when faced with unpleasant events or conflicts, people tend to choose to forget them and continue living happily.
Such joy makes one forget troubles; one becomes accustomed to it because reality, whether good or bad, is already unchangeable.
Carlos picked up the bone knife and brandished it at Guo Xiaoxiao.
"I'll cut some meat for you to eat."
"OK"
Guo Xiaoxiao was already starving and couldn't wait to try it. There were some unique leaves in the firewood, seemingly used to flavor the food.
The aroma alone makes my mouth water; I must say, this fragrance is truly intoxicating.
Carlos couldn't help but laugh when he saw Guo Xiaoxiao's greedy expression; he found her extremely cute.
I cut off a small piece of meat, blew on it, and then fed it to Guo Xiaoxiao. It was so delicious!
The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes; it's practically a delicacy.
Carlos smiled when he saw that Guo Xiaoxiao liked it.
"Do you like it? I'll make you this kind of meat tomorrow."
"Mmm, I like it."
Guo Xiaoxiao nodded
"These leaves smell amazing when used for grilling meat."
Carlos looked at the leaves on the ground. Indeed, they smelled wonderful. He couldn't recall ever seeing leaves like these before; perhaps they were unique to the Northern Hemisphere.
After eating a lot of meat, Guo Xiaoxiao was full in no time.
…
"The clan chief has arrived!"
Tur slowly stepped forward and announced to everyone that, because Ian was the tribe's unmarried chieftain, the females had long been eyeing him covetously.
Everyone likes a strong person, including females. Although they enjoy the attention and flattery of males, they are also willing to pursue a truly strong person in return.
How ridiculous! They're here, so what's the big deal? Carlos deliberately moved forward a little, blocking Guo Xiaoxiao's view so she couldn't see Ian.
Guo Xiaoxiao was so engrossed in eating meat that she didn't notice at all that the orcs in the arena were singing and dancing, making a lot of noise, and Tu'er's voice was easily drowned out if you didn't listen carefully.
Ian reluctantly emerged from a corner, dressed by Tull like an Indian.
She wore a crown made of red bird and animal feathers, a wreath of fresh flowers around her neck, two red stripes on her cheeks, and even her animal skin skirt was made of red bird and animal feathers. She carried a wooden stick in her hand.
Like rushing to Brazil to dance the samba
As soon as Ian sat down, several females came over, circling around him and asking if he needed any help that night, offering him fruit and meat in a very attentive manner.
Tuer glanced around at the females. Where was Guo Xiaoxiao? Wasn't she among them?
"Where did Sada and his people go? They all disappeared, including the females, and even Sada himself vanished." His face darkened, and he said irritably.
"Ahem, young females, please step back. Our chieftain has a few words to say today, so please stop crowding around."
These little females are nowhere near as good as Guo Xiaoxiao. In a sense, Tuer is very realistic, which is understandable. It's normal to want to try for the better ones!
Ian was forced into this outfit, something he had initially vehemently refused to do. Even with the current crisis and food supplies only stored for half a month, a bonfire could be held to welcome the High Priest and allow everyone to relax and have fun, as Guo Xiaoxiao expressed their sincerity towards him.
But Tull's suggestion that he go back to China to pursue a relationship with Guo Xiaoxiao after reminiscing about his past in China is unacceptable. She would agree, and it would be strange if she were still willing, knowing he's impotent.
Ian resisted and refused to do it. Tuer had no choice but to say, "If you don't agree, I'll go ask Guo Xiaoxiao. You two are not in a consensual relationship, so why did you let him touch you?"
Ian couldn't explain it, and Tull took his reaction as shyness stemming from having never been in contact with females before.
"The bonfire must be held, and you must go and express your feelings to Guo Xiaoxiao tonight. You said she touched you because of a misunderstanding? What misunderstanding? The facts are right in front of you. If you don't tell me, I'll go and ask her directly."
Ian considered that Tull's questions were endless and relentless, and given his age and stubbornness, what if Guo Xiaoxiao couldn't withstand the pressure and revealed his secret? He had no choice but to move to a different place.
Left with no other choice, he agreed. But Tu'er wasn't satisfied and dressed him up like a flamingo, saying it was so beautiful and would attract Guo Xiaoxiao's attention.
Ian looked extremely unhappy and distressed; what was there to look good about?
The leopards of the White Stone tribe seemed to like this; they were dressed up nicely and were quite eye-catching, sure to charm a lot of females. They were thinking of dressing themselves up for the next campfire.
…
Carlos glanced at Ian's attire and almost choked. It was hilarious; he had never seen an orc dressed like that before. He couldn't help but laugh.
Ian sat there awkwardly, caught in a dilemma.
Seeing Carlos laughing so happily, Guo Xiaoxiao assumed he had encountered something amusing. Carlos usually gave her a faint smile, she had never seen him laugh like this before, his chest even trembling. She leaned closer to take a look.
Holy crap...who, who is it?! Who did this to Ian?!
Guo Xiaoxiao also let out a silvery laugh.
"Haha, oh my god, will it really look good? He's a pretty energetic young man, but he's dressed like he's about to do a hot dance, haha."
