Arthur, as always, used the compass to lead the way. Guo Xiaoxiao had joined the female group today and didn't deliberately walk side-by-side with Arthur.
Most of the people are walking, and their progress is very slow. They'll be walking all day without resting, only stopping occasionally to replenish their water supply.
One male, in an attempt to please Irina, made her ride on his back.
Irina was not arrogant at all; she was quite friendly and got along well with Amansa.
He even took the initiative to come over and greet Guo Xiaoxiao.
"Hello, I'm Irina. You must be the High Priestess of Beast City. I never imagined the High Priestess was a female. That's amazing."
Guo Xiaoxiao glanced at Irina, thinking about her masculinity; the two were a handsome couple, quite a good match.
"My name is Guo Xiaoxiao. Just call me Xiaoxiao, no need to call me Dawu."
Guo Xiaoxiao gave a brief introduction
Irina: "I've heard all about it outside. The Beast King is your mate. I only caught a glimpse of you from afar at the city walls last time, but up close you are truly beautiful."
Guo Xiaoxiao was wary of people she wasn't completely familiar with yet, and the female who joined them midway made her feel a little uncomfortable as she kept looking her up and down.
But Guo Xiaoxiao didn't think much of it. People were just curious. Anyone would want to take a second look at a female who was a high priestess; it was something new and exciting.
Guo Xiaoxiao also offered a few flattering remarks, thus initiating social interaction.
"You're very pretty too. The muscles in your arms are so defined; you must work out regularly."
Irina said
"I didn't exercise much and ate relatively little. I had a poor appetite when I was a child, and I would feel bloated after eating just a little meat. Herbal remedies didn't help either."
"So they look thinner than normal females, but their fertility is definitely not a problem."
Irina noticed Guo Xiaoxiao's chest. She was clearly very thin, so why were her breasts bigger than Guo Xiaoxiao's?
To be honest, I'd say Guo Xiaoxiao is even thinner and shorter than her. Besides being pretty, can she really have a child? She has absolutely no muscle.
But Irina still said
"You have a great figure, no wonder you're a great witch. Your breasts are so full and round, unlike mine..."
Guo Xiaoxiao smiled and said, "Not at all, you're too kind."
Amansa suddenly interrupted.
"You two beauties, stop pushing each other around. Xiaoxiao, you ate meat yesterday, did you feel anything unusual? You have something to say."
Guo Xiaoxiao: "No, it's safe and parasite-free. You just won't listen. Dried meat isn't as good as fresh meat. Tonight, I'll have your male hunt two big black beasts for you."
